whenever i talk back and forth to the parts in my head, i imagine the part as masculine, which happens to also be the same amount of masculinity that was present that one time i felt raped. when i either dreamt it. or i was raped in spirit. it was when i had sleep paralysis and couldnt move. i heard the voice, masculine, deep, gritty—"pathetic." and then i felt him so deep inside me it hurt so fucking bad and at the same time, i touched myself to that memory hours after it happened.

i have to go to the dentist today & that's something i have a lot of anxiety towards. so i think 🐈⬛ is in hiding, same with 🧿 & 🌸 because i feel very alone right now.
i also think i've got another part identified , 🤖, who is my autopilot for when i have to get things done but i feel unsafe so my usual parts arent cooperating.

🍃 - appears only when under the influence of thc/alcohol, easy, neutral, careless, abrupt
j - masculine, sexual, confident
🖤 - feminine, hypersexuality, trauma holder
💢 - self critical, angry, punisher, berates all parts
☀️ - mothering, compassionate, loves everyone, feels basically like a warm hug or standing in a ray of sunshine
🧿- paranoid, trauma holder, agoraphobic, superstitious, hallucinates and worries
