siblings ( or best friends ) who are horribly codependent on one another. to outsiders, it looks horribly dysfunctional and manipulative in all sorts of ways, but muse A & B are pretty happy and satisfied with the way things are, even if it's left them unable to hold any outside romantic relationships because of it. eventually, enter muse C, who catches both their attention and pursuing them becomes a team effort.

i can write this over discord or tumblr.

i could write this with smut ( prefer to fade to black ) but would want this to be an 80:20 plot to smut at least.

i would like to write at least a female in this plot. whether the other two are a m/f or m/m is entirely up to you! i'm happy to write a second character, but will not engage in mxm (if both are male, i'd prefer the romance only be with the female)

a song of ice and fire plots I need in my life ( 1 / ∞ )

as a member of the court while aemma was still alive, alicent interacted with daemon when he was in the capital ; the exchanges often barbed, but somehow, over time, affection bloomed. like lovesick children, they would exchange kisses in hidden nooks and crannies around the keep, and daemon spoke about taking her as a second wife ( entirely undevoted to his royce bride as he began to spend more and more time within kings landing ).

while many others might not recognize what transpired, otto could see the feelings brewing within the couple and found himself horrified that his daughter might fall for whatever trickery daemon might be brewing. in a desperate grasp for power, and perhaps to get his daughter away from the rogue prince, the hightower lord was swift to marry alicent off to viserys as swiftly as possible following the passing of aemma.

where there had once been contention between the two men, hatred grew - and as if to spite otto, daemon continued the relationship with the hightower woman. flames were rekindled any time he graced the capital with his presence between being inevitably thrown out again and it was too much of a coincidence that each time he departed, queen alicent seemed to fall with child, though viserys never seemed to connect the dots ( and otto, fearful for what the king might do to his daughter, never pointed out the obvious ).

daemon quietly claims each of alicents children as his own and becomes to father each so desperately need from an otherwise neglectful viserys.

when viserys eventually passes and there is question on who ought to rightfully sit the throne, daemon supports his children ( #teamgreen ).

parts of the plot i'd love to explore more:

the relationship of daemon / alicent

the relationship between daemon and alicents children with each of their parents, which i picture as far more loving and attentive than what we see within the show between viserys / the children

an original female character ( twin of helaena ) and how she interacts with the rest of her siblings

anyone on team black or generally within kings landing. i just think it would be fun to write this AU out.

i'd like to write with someone who will either double or create an mumu. i tend to write m/f ships or poly (ffm or mfm, with males only romantically involved with the female).

hello hello all! throwing this out into the universe in hopes of getting some long-term writing partners who are interested in dynamic character development and in-depth world building/expansion within the song of ice and fire universe.

i'm 25+ (she/her) looking for a 21+ partner to write on tumblr or discord!

this would be based within the universe of a song of ice and fire, ideally revolving around the time where dragons/dragonriders were more prominent within the universe ( the conquering through house of the dragon, pre-doom valyria, or an au where more dragonlord families survived the doom and came to westeros and/or lived prosperously within essos without being killed off during the century of blood ).

i would like to explore writing original characters, but am happy to write select canon characters ( rhaenys targaryen, daemon targaryen, jacaerys velayron or others if discussed ). i'm particularly interested in the valyrian culture / traditions ( this may include tw: incest ) and would like to take the time to expand / world build further within this universe ( think original houses, expanding on valyrian holidays, gods/goddesses, etc ), potentially taking things AU with my writing partner. this all said, i would love to also explore other houses outside dragonlords/riders as well in hopes of giving us some additional depth for our universe.

AU'S I CAN'T GET OUT OF MY HEAD ⸻

⸻ vaela is born the daughter of viserys & alicent instead of viserys & aemma

alicent expected one child ( had one, suitable targaryen name for a daughter picked out, not two ⸻ and when she gives birth to twin girls, she PANICS, for it's been made abundantly clear viserys wants to name a daughter aemma, in honor of his first wife ).

when the babe is presented to her father, alicent claims the name vaela is a nod to the conqueror's mother ( and it piques her fathers interest ⸻ the man taking more interest in his third-born daughter than any of her other full-blooded siblings ).

vaela is one of the few who understands that helaena's cryptic words are not mutterings of the mad, but rather dragon dreams ( muddied and unclear as they might be ; but their gods work in mysterious ways ). she learns to pay particular attention when her other half seems to temporarily lose herself into the grip of the gods ( noting down what is said and trying to work through what it might means ; in some cases ⸻ those that have little impact to what will be written into the histories of westeros, she has success ). she is fiercely protective of her twin and one of her motivators for claiming vermithor so young ( because if anyone dares raise a hand to good, gentle helaena, she will see they pay for it herself ).

she continues to hold the faith of the old valyrian gods and often sits with her father while the man works away at his carvings the once great empire. it's an instance of quality time she has with the man, who is more than happy to regale her with endless tales ( things she will go back to repeat to her siblings later ; though as they age, it seems they want to hear of her time spent with their father less and less ).

there is a classic sort of valyrian beauty about her that blossoms as she ages that leaves the realm whispering and comparing her to her elder half sister ( it is something that seems to drive a deeper wedge between the woman and her mother )

⸺ ⠀⠀ * ⠀VERSE ; rhaenys targaryen lives

when the bolt of the scorpion pierces meraxes eye, the she-dragon is NOT killed on impact. the shriek the beast releases is ear shattering ( immediately descending several hundreds of feet ⸺ jostling rhaenys in her saddle who begs and pleads her trusted companion to fly ). it appears to take great effort but they retreat north from hellholt.

once banners of the conquerors army are visible on the horizon, whatever FIGHT remained in the queens companion vanished entirely. there is a sudden and sharp descent ( the spray of sand and following lack of movement is startling enough that scouts are immediately dispatched ahead of the approaching standards ).

by the time they arrive, rhaenys has managed to free herself from her saddle and drag her body toward meraxes head ( there is a minor panic when they first see the queen ; she is soaked in blood ⸺ most of which is not her own, but the blossoming of BRUISES, broken bones and countless scraps are more than visible across her porcelain skin ).

no one is capable of separating her from meraxes corpse ( forcing those who had been marching through dorne to make camp ). days seem to pass ( a tent being erected nearby, her injuries treated by a maester and still she would not move ) ⸺ it is only with the appearance of one of her siblings that she moves. COAXED onto dragonback and returned safely into the conquerors territory to recover properly.

she takes months and months to heal and the woman who once lit up the room is noticeably DIMMED. "i'm missing a piece of my soul," she whispers quietly to visenya one night. her siblings attempt bringing her to dragonstone to bond with another dragon ( and when this fails, offer her clutches of unhatched dragon eggs ⸺ all of which she refuses ).

something within her is BROKEN and there is little that seem to bring the light back into her eyes. she has more CHILDREN, which seems to ease the burden on her soul ( as does time spent with nieces and nephew, with her siblings ⸺ and occasionally, she will join aegon or visenya on balerion or vhagar ; she will sit silently but the smile on her face is content ).
