"Me too, Little One, me too." Merek snuggled her close and hummed a tune softly, hoping to ease her fears and let her drift to sleep.

"No, you’re safe here. He’ll never harm you or your brother again. You two are my family. And I will protect you fiercely. " he kissed her on the cheek.

Merek picked her up with ease and had her dress pushed up, her thighs holding tight to his hips. He kissed his bride to be with such love and passion that it was overwhelming, even for him. he got them against a wall , pinning her as security she wouldnt fall, and to brace himself. "I need to feel you...I need to bury myself deep within you, my Rosalyn." Merek kissed along her neck, a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. They were together and were unified. They would marry and rule together. They would have a family. All of the things Merek never realized he wanted were within reach. "I am yours forever, as you are mine."

Merek had fed on her when she was human, and he had let her drink of him to heal, doing their own version of this, but now it was real. They might as well had been exchanging vows. It would always hold significance doing it again in the future, but the first time was special. Merek olaced his hand on her neck opposite where he would feed and waited for the pierce of her fangs, sucking in his breath in anticipation. He bit into her, loving the sound she always made, and they drank together.

Merek spun in a tight circle with Faye, swinging her around. When they stopped, he beamed at Lyn. Complete joy shone in his face full of love for both women. Merek flipped her onto his back with ease. "How about I take my two favorite girls out for a walk."

"No, you're safe here. He'll never harm you or your brother again. You two are my family. And I will protect you fiercely. " he kissed her on the cheek.

Merek snuggled her close. "Hopefully. We're stilla while away from that happening, but yes, I would like that. You were right about my loving her. I think I may have all those years ago, too, but I didn't know what it was." Hopefully he had distracted her enough where she'd be able to sleep.

"Alright. I won't say anything." He held her close. He stroked her hair and laid her down. "One day, Lyn and I may have children of our own, and when that happens, I want you to be the best big sister in the world. Cedric too, though he would be the best big brother."

"I won't say a word, but I do want Lyn to know so she can help take care of you. I won't make you tell her if you don't want to, and I won't tell her without your permission." He tucked her hair behind her ear. "I love you, Little One, no one will hurt you."

"He will never tough you again. I swear it." He held her close, but inside his blood was boiling. Merek was notorious for being the most feared vampire in the land...but he would never strike a child or a woman. If he ever came across her father, he would kill him n the spot.

Merek sat in silence for a moment. He father was the one she was terrified of...enough to have nightmares, enough to believe he was still lurking. "I'm right here...no one will harm you, and he will never find you. You are my daughter now, not his. He lost that right the second he made you fear him." Merek kissed heron the head again.

"He won't have a chance, I'll rip his heart out first." He said pulling her back enough to look at her. He brushed tears away and dried her face. "You brother, Lyn, and I will always protect you. I promise."

"Precious, there is no one hiding in here, I would be able to smell or hear them. It's just us." He stroked her hair and rocked her gently. "Is the the same nightmares you keep having? Please tell me what's going on, and I can help you."

Merek scooped her up and took her back to his room, locking the door behind them. He climned into bed with her and held her. "No one's going to hurt you, Little One. I will never let that happen. You're my precious baby girl, and Papa's here to protect you. Always." He kissed her forehead and held her tight.

Merek shot up in bed at the distress call. Lyn was in her room, she hadn't officially moved into his yet, and they decided this would help nit move too fast and still give them space...and a way for him to come calling while courting her. Merek threw on some pants and a robe and hurried to Faye's room. he flung the door ope and ran to her bedside. he pulled the pillow back frantically and checked her over. "What's wrong, are you okay? Are you hurt?" he held her face and searched the room for any signs of struggle, break in, ect.

"N-no, d-daddy stop, it hurts, da- CEDRIC!" Faye shrieked as she suddenly sat up in her bed, tears starting and splashing down her cheeks. Her brother wasn’t there, he wasn’t there and her father was going to come kill her, she was sure of it. Her heart was racing and she was scared, so very scared but also paranoid, she was sure her dad was hiding somewhere, ready to beat her and drink from her. "M-M- MEREK!" She cried out, grabbing her pillow and placing it on her knees, burying her head in it and screaming.

Merek chuckled warmly. "And I already told her we would still be living here, so of course my Little One will be able to visit us." Merek kissed Lyn's cheek again and went over to Faye, tickling her before scooping her up. "I'm never letting you go, princess." Merek said before giving her an eskimo kiss.

I’m sure your brother would be more than welcome. We aren’t going to marry and run off leaving everything behind us Faye. We still have this war going on and he is the leader of the vampires. To abandon them would be to abandon what we are. We stay….
