been 5 days and ive had 2 grapefruits milk water and tea . idk how long this’ll last .. i feel ok but . ik I’m not 100% here. i feel fragmented , and dissipating . i am súper up and down .

i have no appetite . eating or even drinking water feels unnecessary , and wrong . hm.
