Silva strikes with the not court-appropriate pickup lines on occasion, Kyoko spoils him with the romantic gestures on occasion. Always catches him off guard

They snuggle up when Silva's at their place, he might stay around or then cuddle her to sleep and then leave for his nightly stalking around the palace. They're conservative with PDA, might link arms or hold hands and give little kisses

Both do, and usually on the mouth. Silva does enjoy kissing on the neck and wrist though, it has to be said

Hang around and gossip, get tipsy (Silva can't really stomach food but drink he can have, though it gets to his head much faster), make out and get rowdy

Neither needs much comfort, but Silva likes resting his head on Kyoko's lap. She messes with his hair and lets him vent or relax. When Kyoko needs support Silva holds her hand, asks if there's anything he could do and then does that. Both very quiet about needing and receiving comfort

Silva prefers physical, Kyoko likes both

Night and bats and black leather makes Kyoko think of Silva, night and silks and moths and stars make Silva think of Kyoko

Kyoko is so smart and well-spoken, it's a joy to watch her debate someone into the mud. She also has a fair bit of ruthlessness and bossiness which Silva especially enjoys. Kyoko also likes the edge Silva has, his street smarts and quick thinking, but also his loyalty and how he notices the smallest things (about her or otherwise)

They were teens (like 13) and out one night getting high and Nick said that he likes Kenzo and he went oh word. Nick asked if he liked him too and he said I guess so and then they made out

They were classmates so they're the same age and pretty much the same height as well, Nick is just slimmer

Both are tough and guarded, mistrustful to a degree and looking out for themselves. Underneath that however Kenzo is much softer and kinder, meanwhile Nick is more aggressive and confrontational

What is their relationship with each other's families like?

They both had a tumultuous home life, so it was common for them to sleep over at the others' place to avoid it for a bit. Kenzo's mom was pleasant enough to Nick, his sister Saya was a typical little sister too intimidated to talk to brother's friend. His dad doesn't even like his own children, he didn't like any of their friends either. Nick's mom didn't care about Kenzo coming and going but didn't bother getting to know him either.

Who takes the lead in social situations? How are they around each other's friends?

Nick tends to be the leader type who puts the charm on for outsiders and makes an effort to get to know them, but in company both knew they were both yappers. When it came to Nick's school and work friends, Kenzo felt he was so far out of the lawyer league that he didn't really get to connect

Who gets jealous easier?

All those high flying lawyer types and cocktail parties? Kenzo wasn't only jealous of other people, but of Nick being able to live in those spheres without crawling out of his skin

What are their parallels, whether in their personalities or their histories?

Rough home lives that raised tough and guarded men who have a hard time communicating their feelings, they were very intertwined from a pretty young age so they very much grew with, around and into each other (hence their separation was so painful and I don't think they ever truly let go of each other. Nick has kamikazed at least one of his relationships when Kenzo came to town)

How did they first meet?

At the library, after Zhenya had recovered enough to be Angharad's bodyguard again and Mintaka had recovered enough to be the librarian. She and Angharad had met before, this time he just tagged along, Ang introduced them and they did a curtsy and bow.

What was their first impression of each other?

Both got a very polite and professional image of each other, their meeting was very brief so that's quite it. Mintaka was slightly intimidated by the height and weaponry and everything and Zhenya wasn't quite sure where to look as her eye wasn't visible.

Who felt romantic feelings first?

Mintaka, it took years but eventually she started getting butterflies when Zhenya visited the library for whatever reason (be it with Angharad or by himself)

Did either of them try to resist their feelings?

Zhenya didn't really acknowledge his since he was still somewhat heartbroken over his last relationship and, since he was told that it ended because he's a ghoul, figured nobody would ever want him as he is. Also he was dealing with the fact that he had a kid and didn't want to mix a new relationship into that

What would their lives be like if they had never met?

They'd both be lonelier, but Zhenya more. They both are more or less undead and permanently scarred and marred from their deaths, so it's nice to have someone who understands and doesn't judge

What was their "flirting stage" like?

Mostly Zhenya going to the library on his own time (yes technically the library was closed, but oh well, maybe she could make an exception for the knight, he works long hours, sooooo come on in the door's still open even late at night. But don't tell anyone), asking her for book recommendations and about things she had recently read, very long late-night discussions that could become very deep, such as about their death experiences etc., helping her shelve books at the end of the day...

How do their friends and family feel about them as a couple?

Angharad is absolutely delighted, she was furious when Zhenya's ex left him so she's happy that he found someone who likes him as he is. Ira is also pleased, she likes Zhenya and is glad he's happy. Mintaka's friends raised a couple of eyebrows but quickly stopped thinking anything about it, they're happy and that's what matters. Zhenya's ex would be happy he found someone eventually, and his son Tristan is more occupied with finding his dad than minding his partner, though he ends up liking her too.

Mend pursue predated Void, laid it on thin at first but then laid it on thicker until Void had to do something about it, either reject or accept

Void wanted to talk it out and Mend went oh okay so it's a date. She went with the intention of telling him she was too old and whatnot, he went and arranged a moonlight picnic and wanted her as dessert

Very reserved, considering the tension going on. The restraint didn't last for any longer than that first kiss though

Not at all, but Mend was more experienced

Void is a little over 60 and a little over 150 cm, Mend is in his 30's and about 175 cm. Height has never been an issue, but Void was very hesitant being pursued by someone half her age at first

How do their personalities complement each other? How do they clash?

They're both very quiet and prefer to listen and think about things before acting. However Mend has much more charisma and bedside manner, he's a polite boy while Void is sterner and doesn't like wasting time with pleasantries, she's a woman of action while others are trying to find a compromise

What is their relationship with each other's families like?

Mend has no family. Void's closest person is Ira, who was plenty surprised when she found out that the young hot guy is actually auntie's boyfriend. But, well, if you're happy...

Who takes the lead in social situations? How are they around each other's friends?

Void practically shoves Mend ahead of herself when it's time to be social and charm someone or get information. They do visit Angharad and Ira in court at times for festivities and such but tend to stay quiet and just observe unless spoken to, Mend gets more attention but hunters in general aren't that popular

Void understands that Mend gets attention and is fine with it, and Mend doesn't really give her reason to be jealous. It's only if someone starts getting really touchy she'll click her teeth and that's a sign for Mend to shoot the flirter down

What are their parallels, whether in their personalities or their histories?

Both are outsiders and loners, one foot in the natural world and the other in the supernatural, neither has ever felt wanted or accepted by general society and found their belonging in the hunters.

Mend on occasion, but rarely. When he's in a bastardous mood

Not really, and it's difficult to hide things when living so tightly with each other and their small bunch of hunters.

Void still thinks that on the daily, she hasn't figured out why exactly Mend likes her so much but oh well. She's stopped trying to drive him away at least

They very rarely argue, usually they're a common front against Creep. Otherwise it's about leaving stuff laying around or stealing a blanket or eating the last apple

Fenrir's royal colours are blue, grey and silver, that's what he wears the most. Also black

He enjoys live music, Neelanjana is a wonderful performer he chose himself to be the royal entertainer for her powerful voice. Slow and dark is what he likes. Would 100% be a metalhead

Carries a longsword and shortsword both, but honestly his first instinct is always bare hands. Why fiddle with trickeryfuckery when you can throw sand in your opponent's face, pull their hair and kick their kneecaps in

He can't fight for shit, but he does carry a mostly ceremonial katana when he's dressed up for an occasion. It's pretty, his mom had it before him, whatevs. He can barely lift it

Magic and a shortsword, mainly gets along eldritch blastin' but Ira has made sure she can also defend herself with a sword.

He's pretty self-sufficient, often maintains and repairs his own gear and clothes, and repairs things for his children. Can fix small problems with ease, used to such things

He can come up with solutions to like personal conflict and such and manipulate situations to his advantage with relative ease, but fixing stuff etc.? No. He can sew a button on and that's about it.

She's very self-sufficient and crafty, had to learn when on the run. Dáire was a good teacher but there were others in her group who taught her a lot of survival tricks.

how do they typically dress? does their wardrobe lean more towards practicality or aesthetics?

The base is always practical, he wears comfortable (but high-quality and nice) clothes with some protection like chainmail or leather added, and then puts on a royal cloak and a crown if needed

Fancily but comfortably, lots of flowing robes and perhaps a coat draped over his shoulders, gold ornaments, embroidery, everything coordinated to a tee. He's a very fashionable monarch

She enjoys a flowy, deep-cut dress, and she mixes in armor elements like leather corsets or gauntlets or boots, chainmail and even some plate sometimes.

He's pretty proud of his hair, keeps it long and luscious and takes care of his waves. Haircare routines is something he has in common with Merope

He's switched it up along the years, sometimes locs, sometimes braids, but now he tends to keep his hair on very long microbraids. Dyes grey hairs away. Proud of what he has.

She wears hers long and healthy, usually down or half-up. An updo will do for formal events. She likes her hair, it's the same as her mom's, red and curly. She taught Angharad how to keep it looking good.

The noble and glorious honse. Also fond of cats because of the librarian

Fen is most common, everyone closest to him calls him that. Helle used to call him Feni as a child. Dusko is a masterful user of a pointed "my liege" when he wants to be sarcastic.

If Vasili wants to be very sweet he will call him Noe, this ensures Konoe will do absolutely whatever Vasili wants. His mom sometimes (rare these days) calls him her little fox. Especially when he's being wily

Dáire still calls her princess, despite her being a queen now. Ira calls her Ang or Angie (and sweet petnames), Zhenya calls her my queen usually and Angie in private.

favorite food? least favorite? are they a picky eater? do they have any dietary restrictions?

He eats pretty much anything. Has some reservations about more exotic foods, but is willing to try everything once. Favorite is a hearty beef stew. Wipe that bowl with a piece of bread, hell yeah

He likes what the court has, so plenty of fish and rice, get some sushi on his plate. Kind of picky though but Vasili eats what he won't.

Not picky, used to some curious concoctions. Favorite food is cake.

if they wear jewelry, what kind? do they prefer silver or gold? do they have a favorite gem?

He wears lots of rings and earrings, silver to go with his royal colours. He switches most of them out but the king's ring and wedding ring are always on. He's not much into gems but his wedding ring has an light blue sapphire on it so he's biased towards that. Also likes opals because they remind him of Merope's eye

He wears plenty of gold, on his fingers, his neck and his ears, rubies and topazes aplenty. Most fond of amber, though.

She wears plenty of gold, with green gems. Orange would go better with her hair and dragon eye, but alas. Her favorite is carnelian.

how long have they been around? do you know their birthday? is their birthday the day you made them or another day? what do they think of celebrating birthdays?

He's 53 "now" as in when Nepheli is two. Idk their calendar or birthday. He doesn't make his a big deal, especially now that he can focus on Nepheli's birthdays, but they have a family dinner and give him some extra attention and he's happy like that.

He's in his mid-60's, getting up in years. Celebrates moderately by his standards (which means lavishly by peasant standards). He figures he's earned one day a year where he's the center of attention.

She's in her 40's, doesn't really celebrate her birthday except with a small banquet for friends and family.

what languages do they speak? how fluently?

His native one, and unfortunately only a few words' worth of what they speak in Konoe and Angharad's kingdoms (or elsewhere). He knows greetings and thanks in a handful of languages and that's it. All the language tutors were for Gandr, and Fenrir could barely read his native one so he just missed out on all extra learning.

Speaks his native language, is fluent in what they speak at Fenrir and Angharad's places, decent enough in Vasili's native language but can't really hone his skills with anyone but Vasili and their daughters (and on occasion Arkadi).

Speaks her native one and is passable in what they speak at Fenrir's place. Not so good at what Konoe speaks.

are they any good with numbers?

Decent. Not great, not terrible.

He's alright, not the best but better than Fenrir

She's pretty savvy, another thing caught on from Dáire.

how big or small is their family? who did they live with growing up? do they live with anyone now?

He has a pretty big family: a wife, three living children, a younger sister, a grandchild from Ylva and Jian-Yu. Dusko is like a brother to him, Hassaleh a part of family through marriage, as are Jian-Yu and Signe (and Alex's partner when I come up with them). Hassaleh's adopted children are his niblings too, part of the family. He grew up basically just with Gandr and Dusko when they had the time for him, his parents ignored him and mom had a vice grip on Helle.

He has his mom, husband, two daughters and a pair of grandkids, those are the closest. Considers his son-in-laws family as well. Welcoming to Arkadi as the only family member from Vasili's side.

She lost her family when her castle was taken over, now it's her, Ira, and their kid. Also Zhenya (and Mintaka, when they hitch it, and Zhenya's son when he finds his dad), and Dáire. He's a firm part of the family whether he likes it or not. As Ira's godmother, Void is also welcome.

He has like half a dozen horses, all pedigree, all named, all loved

He has a couple of beautiful pedigree horses but doesn't really consider them pets, as much as he appreciates them. Nothing else

Avoiding responsibilities and books, spending time with horses and riding along on a hobby horse, tagging along with Gandr and Dusko

Well they're bad, but he's done all of them. There are always circumstances, you see.

He's much, much more mellow now. Things do piss him off but he won't fly into a violent type rage like he did with Sid, the only thing to make him do that would be to threaten his loved ones.

Nope, he can keep a cool head for a long while, he prefers if his opponent gets mad because then they slip up and might reveal something like a weakness.

Not super, but she can be riled up. Making fun of her family (dead or living) does that.

He's the best horseman in the realm, that counts. His horses are top-notch, beautiful, well-fed, well-brushed, well-loved, all sorts of colours but his favorite one is a beautiful grey one with a white mane.

He wouldn't drive himself and always prefers a carriage, they will be neat though

She would like driving and enjoys riding horses, takes good care of her stuff.

Smooth and clear, has a boyish twang to it despite his age, has a lovely singing voice too

Low and seductive, powerful if need be. Can sing some, but all the songs she learned with Dáire aren't appropriate

Not really, no. He's not very artistic

Prefers to watch knights whack each other with swords, he himself is not sporty

She likes tourneys, mostly the horse races and jousting, would like to take part but isn't allowed. Was banned from illegal races by Dáire in her youth. Probably snuck in anyways

Spends time with them, makes sure they eat and rest, asks about how they're doing, if allowed he will give hugs and cuddle. Keeps distance if doesn't like them, avoids eye contact, pretends they don't exist.

Asks how they're doing, pays attention to what they're up to and later either asks about the subject or gives gifts related to it. If dislikes someone, will deliberately annoy them by getting in their company and asking things he knows they can't answer or will embarrass them (like asking Fenrir if he's read a certain book. Of course he hasn't), covert jabs, sly insults it takes them a while to get.

Hugs, asks how they're doing, asks if she can do something for them. Brings flowers often as gifts. Avoids them if disliked, communicates through others if need be.

People get surprised by how much he sees and what he pays attention to. He saw you have mismatched buttons on your cuffs. He saw the tanline on your ring finger. And he will comment on these things on the sly and catch you off guard.

She can act rough around the edges, like downing a tankard in one, stabbing a table for emphasis, knows drinking songs. Dáire is proud.

Dáire calls her his protege, half-ironically. Mostly to show how proud he is of her these days. Zhenya calls her his queen, doesn't elaborate. To Ira she's her girl.

He's just a dude trying to get by

Eventually. Dragged there more like, but he settled down and made it a happy home instead of the one of his childhood

Adair thinks it's whatever. An added layer of protection against mage persecution, at least.

Alec thinks that hell yeah, nice. I did bust my ass defeating the Arishok, nice to get some recognition. Definitely tries to get free drinks with the title

Aster is fine with it, doesn't let it go to his head but it feels like an appropriate acknowledgement of his actions. Thank you kindly

What are Hawke's thoughts on Meredith, Orsino and Elthina?

Despises Meredith's methods and opinions, quietly respects Orsino for putting his money where his mouth is, dislikes Elthina for being an insufferable centrist and also kind of because Sebastian glazes her so much.

No strong opinions, doesn't like how zealous Meredith is even though she's a major fuckin hottie, doesn't really get the mage situation so he feels like Orsino is overreacting (but he seems smart and nice, and also he healed Bethany during the Qunari attack so Alec owes him one), avoids Elthina because he feels like she would judge him.

Meredith is keeping this city together in his opinion and the smartest of the three, Orsino keeps overreacting and if he just kept nice then maybe there would be less fights in the town square, respects Elthina deeply and appreciates her levelheadedness in these tumultuous times.

How does Hawke feel about helping Meredith and Orsino?

Doesn't like helping either of them because he wants to stay out of all political bullshit, begrudgingly helped Meredith and got a bit put in his place when she reminded him that he's still an apostate and she could do something about that. Was less annoyed at helping Orsino but still didn't do it happily.

Feels like this isn't his place, he's no mage and certainly no templar, why's he out here? Agrees because I guess it comes with that damn Champion title. Sigh. Can't Aveline do it.

Happy to help both of them, appreciates Orsino taking the blood magic threat seriously as well.

Awkward. They kept it professional but something was definitely stewing underneath for all this time. After they got over themselves and got back together they took everything out of it, making up for the lost time tbh

Alec forgave Isabela her shenanigans, after all she did come back. Holds the theft and his scars from the Arishok over her head though, lovingly. They're as casual and comfortable as ever after the initial awkwardness

Him and Anders are attached at the hip, living together, constantly arguing and fucking nasty, slowly driving each other insane, deeply obsessed with one another in a not-so-healthy manner. Also Aster has noticed how Anders' health has deteriorated so he's happy living together so he can ensure the man sleeps, eats, bathes and gets kissed enough. The arguing he tolerates.

After Gamlen blamed Adair and Adair blamed Adair, he never forgot how Carver said that he was sure he did his best. They're good friends honestly (thank you mods), have each others' backs in everything, Carver almost made Adair cry even without the onions.

Alec misses Bethany, but she seems to be happy in the Circle. And it's good to know she's safe and no longer constantly pursued. She didn't blame him for Leandra's death and it helped to talk about it with her.

Bethany died in the Deep Roads, it still hurts him bad.

What is the fate of Merrill's clan?

Adair took ownership of Marethari's death and dragged Merrill away from there to avoid bloodshed.

He talked them out of killing everyone and took Merrill tf out of there posthaste

He blamed blood magic and took Merrill out of there so he wouldn't have to kill the whole clan

How does Hawke feel about Anders behaviour (in regards to him being secretive about the 'potion') in act 3? Are they suspicious of him or are they understanding?

Increasingly suspicious, hasn't really paid close attention to Anders' mental state through the years but it hasn't escaped his notice that he's spiraling, doesn't really know how to help and after the potion lie he refused to help further.

He's nervous, hey buddy you okay? You wanna talk about it? Can I do anything? Oh you want me to talk to Elthina, I guess I can do that for you man it's cool

Concerned but does his best to keep him afloat (not really noticing he's one of the big reasons for the spiral), not a fan of being lied to, helped with Elthina though to do this small favor. Very concerned immediately after that. What's a clock and why does it tick, love. Love. Answer me love

Did Hawke find Charade and how do they feel about discovering a new cousin?

Meh. She seems nice. Kinda understands her wanting to try and connect with Gamlen but he himself won't be involved. Didn't like being yanked around, though

He was surprised but a fellow archer, yay! She seems really cool. Interested in hearing her story but didn't really get to talk to her too much before all the Shenanigans happened.

Confused about all the cloak and dagger, pleasantly surprised to have a cousin and a bit sad about them (himself and her, and her and Gamlen) not having a relationship.

Minimal, I imagine he's paid him some "rent" or other compensation after the Deep Roads fiasco, just so Gamlen has no reason to complain. Accepts his limited praise, kind of surprised about it though but keeps his cool

Mutual loving annoyance, needling each other when they meet up (unless it's at the Rose in which case they pretend to not see each other). Gamlen is welcome to the estate to have a drink or play diamondback or whatever.

They see each other sometimes, usually just when going around Lowtown on errands, they say hi and that's about it.

How does Hawke react to the explosion of the Chantry? How do they feel about Anders's actions and do they kill him or let him live?

He didn't help distract Elthina so he doesn't have that on his conscience, he's shocked and horrified honestly. Furious at Anders, but tells him to just fuck off. Mostly because he thinks killing the man would be letting him get off easy, partially because he kinda understands why he did it, and partially because Sebastian demanded he kill Anders and as if Adair would let that little fucko tell him what to do

Horrified, he never even knew magic could do that kind of stuff. More scared of and sad for Anders but tells him to come with him, to keep him safe from the Templars. That's his friend, he's not losing him now.

About as bad as Sebastian took it, especially since he kind of had a hand in it. Didn't think Anders could do such a thing, but on the other hand then his previous talks made sense, it's both a culmination of the mage-templar conflict and their toxic ass relationship, but when push came to shove Aster stood by Anders, told Sebastian to fuck off and took him along. It's you and me against the world we fucking got this

Mages, no question there. His dad and sister were mages, he's no bootlicker, Meredith can go kick rocks
