Final blog entry 2

In the most of my blogs entrys I talked or I wrote about movies, I did some tops and I did the reviews about some movies. Why?

Well I love the movies 🎥 I love go to the cinema, I love watch movies with my family, my friends or alone. For me the movies and the cine is special, I spent so many time watching movies. I could be all day watching movies, I would like study cinematography and arts someday. Actually I wanted study that but here in Colombia is so difficult study something related with arts and that program is so expensive.

All the things that they mean do movies is amazing for me, when I watched a movie a good one I want know everything about that movie, who’s the director, the real name of The actors, the photography, the screenplay, literally everything about the movie, for me can see all the process or behind the scenes, can understand the way to do the movies, the plans and how made the scenes is something completely incredible for me.Also I like see videos on YouTube of YouTubers that make content of movies like analysis or references to other movies, the cinematography of certain directors.

When is the season of awards like oscar’s I like watch all the nominated films for can understand if which movie deserves the award. For that reason in this blogs I found a space for can share my love for watch movies and share my opinions about that movies, was great can talk about some movies and recommended some films that you can watch according to my review.

This activity was really cool, I liked so much have the opportunity to wrote about things that I liked.

I wrote in my blogs about movies, reviews of movies, music, series, tops, my personal opinion about different topics and my point of view in different aspects,lists and things that I love, for me have this space for talk or write was special because you look about what things you can write and what things you want share with other people, sometimes I don’t have ideas about what things I could share with you. But this is the most cooler of write a blog is that you can write about whatever thing, personal experiences or things that you love. For me this activity was very meaningful because so many times don’t think to much about the things that I liked or our personal tastes and with this blog you have the opportunity to explore yourself.

Every weekend you post something about you can be a post about your favorite movie, your favorite song, things that yo do in the week, about your friends or your favorite sport. So many things that you can talk, I read some of the blogs of my partners and thanks to that I made new friendships because I saw that I share some interests with other people like María José, she talked to me because she reads my blog and she said me that was cool so since then we discovered that we have many things in common. Also I can better my way to write and practice the activity of write, when I did my first blog and my first entry was difficult and I spent so many time in do it because I didn’t have the ability to write so I was completely sincere with my first blog I had to use sometimes the translator because I was very insecure about the things that I wrote or my vocabulary.

But after with the time I spent lest time do it my blogs because I had more practice. So in general this activity helped me in so many things like my writing, discover my tastes, made new friendships, learn new things about my partners and to expand my vocabulary. Thank you so much for give us this activity was great I liked so much and maybe I keep doing it because I share some of my blogs in Facebook and the people liked my blog and some of the things that I shared.

Finally the English class was great I learned so much and the activities or tasks was funny and the moment to do was good, for example do the videos was a little bit difficult because is not easy recorder ourselves speaking English but was a interesting activity that we helped to us to be more relax at the moment to talk in English, in general all the activities was cool, the terms or topics that we learned in the class about personality, habits etc. Help to us know better, to my partners I want to say that was good share the class with you, for the pandemic we can’t meet in person but was good do the activities together.

MARRIAGE STORY Probably breaks your heart.

Marriage story is a emotional 😭 movie about a couple.we have a Nicol a actress and her husband Charlie a director theatre 🎭 they decided that the divorce is their better option because their marriage can’t go anymore. I know that you think how that story could be beautiful, you’re right is not a good story for be beautiful, but the thing that made special this movie is their performances and the rawness with which they tell us the story. They separate not because they no longer love each other but because they no longer stay together and they want to hace separate projects.

In this story we don’t have villains or good people, is just real people with real problems and how you can do for resolve that problems and keep together your family in the process. Is emotional,sad, happy a roller coaster of emotions and I cried when I saw hahaha. Also all their actors were nominated for all awards like Oscar’s, Baftas and golden globes. The movie was nominated for best screenplay, best director and best movie.

Have a 8/10 in IMDB and a 95% of acceptance in rotten tomatoes 🍅. The movie have a amazing screenplay and a really amazing photography. Scarlet johanson and Adam Driver were did a awesome job.

PODCAST the new trend, to listen interesting things on internet.

Well 2 months ago I discover in Spotify something called Podcasts, maybe you know about that before than me, but for me is something completely new. A podcast is about many things like science, education, languages, movies, music, mental health and meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️. There are many digital platforms but I only have Spotify and is there where I listen podcast, this talk about different things for a long or short time and many people can talk in the podcast for example 3 persons talk about a new movie that is good or not and why is like a debate and you can listen this while you do other things like your homework or whatever thing. This time I want share with you some of my favorite podcast for listen about different and interesting things.

Estupido Nerd 🤓

This podcast talk about series and movies, are 3 friends that they discuss their views about the most recently movies like Star Wars the last Jedi or the last season the walking dead, in general they talk about “nerd” things like for a hour and is very funny to listen different opinions about geeks programs, culture pop and other things. This podcast is perfect if you like the movies and series that science fiction or superheroes etc.

The family hour by Duncan Trusell. 🤯

In one on my blogs I talk about a serie that I watched called the midnight gospel and how felt when I saw and if are good or not, well the creator of that serie is Duncan Trusell he is comedian and does podcast about philosophy and comedy, when I finished to see his program I knew that he has a podcast and actually that podcast was the inspiration for do the midnight gospel so my curiosity for listen the podcast was really big, so I search his podcast and I start to listen some chapters and I just one thing to say: wow! 🤯 in each chapter he has a special guest and with frequently is people very whiz in special areas. It’s pretty cool and is completely in English so that help me to practice my English.

Ted talks 👩🏻‍🏫

Ted talks is about very smart people like scientists, world leaders, business leaders, influencers and creators like bill gates or Jeff Bezos the creator of amazon. Talking about science, technology, feminism, culture, philosophy etc. Is very entertaining and you can learn something new in each talk, is in English and Spanish is very interesting.

Finally I listen podcast about meditation because a few weeks ago I started to meditate for feel better and I listen this. Because I’m beginner in this trip of meditation so I need a guide for do it.

In this occasion I want share some of my favorite songs, the music is the most incredible things in the planet earth with the music we can dance, sing, laugh, cry and feel many types of emotions. The music is with us at all times, so for that reason I made a list, this list don’t have any order to the best or the worst is just a list the songs that makes me happy or remind me something important.

This week I had the time to watch Your name or kimi no na wa their original name, because this movie is from japan is a animé movie. I’ve never seen anime in my life but this movie is really pretty and touching.

The movie is about two teenagers we have Taki, he is a guy that he lives in Tokyo and he is in second grade of high school and for other side we have Mitsuha she lives in a village between in the mountains 🏔. They don’t know each other but one day Mitsuha start to have strange dreams and interchange body with Taki, every time they swapped bodies when they woke up they didn’t remember anything, so when they realized what was happening and how this interchange affected their lives they decided to set some rules for adapter better possible this situation. But in this interchanges they start to fall in love each other and one day Taki decides travel to the village for can meet Mitsuha, when he arrives he see that the village is completely destroy and doesn’t exist anymore, so he doesn’t understand nothing.

When he saw this he realized that 3 years ago it had been the dreams since before travel he remembered to see Mitsuha and remembered the natural disaster that happened in the village, so he does his bet to somehow go back go back the time to save and finally can see Mitsuha.

This story is about the Japanese legend about the red thread and how it links you to the person you are destined to be and it doesn’t matter if it tangles or returns it never breaks. Is about love and do all for that, their animation is amazing and the music too. Finally is the winner to better animated movie in The Oscar awards in the year 2017.

The songs of the Disney movies are really iconics and everyone remember at least one song of Disney, this songs accompany our childhood and still like “adults” or although we grew up is impossible that don’t feel nostalgia or sing the song from our favorite movie of Disney, so I decided do a list to my favorite songs maybe in this top I include your favorite song too.

1. I see the light from Tangled

I really love this song is so romantic,beautiful, and the voice of both artists is so sweet. same Tangled is the my favorites movies of princess and Disney movies.

2. Jazz cat from aristocats

This song is some old because de movie is of the year 1970 but is a lovely movie and this song is really good the jazz is amazing, is a party literally, is cool is just the cat jazz and the scene when the cats down the upstairs with the piano. I love it

3. What’s this from the nightmare before Christmas

I love Christmas and Halloween are my favorite celebrations and This movie have the best of both worlds and Jack skeleton is the king of this celebration in his world, the song is about discover why the Christmas is the best season of the year, the song is funny and jack show us like that wonderful it is.

4. Mother knows the best from Tangled

Well like I mentioned before I love tangled and the best villain 🦹‍♀️ for me is Gothel the rapunzel’s mom because she is like passive- aggressive with she, and the song is so powerful, she sings about like she is better than rapunzel but at the same time how she loves her daughter, hahah is funny too.

5. You’re welcome from Moana

This song is about the character Maui sing about himself is so narcissistic and selfish and how everybody need say thank u for have all this things thanks to him, this song is funny and the voice of the actor Dwayne Johnson o The Rock like everybody knows him is just amazing.

6. A whole new world from Aladdin

Romantic and pretty, Aladdin singing to jazmin how like to know a new world with him while they flying in their magic carpet for the sky between in the clouds is the only thing that you need hear. Hahahahaha

7. Recuérdame from coco

Sorry but this song in Spanish is better that the English version, is sad but is about remember your family and the people they are no longer with us anymore. When I watched coco for first time and listened the song I cried 😭 hahah.

MY HOBBIE IS DRAW AND PAINT 🎨 🖌

When i have free Time i like paint and draw is a Way to past my time when I don’t have anything to do, I like paint about my favorite characters of tv shows, series, cartoons, movies ,my favorite artists and literally whatever thing. Also this hobbies is like a therapy when I’m sad, frustrated or angry, this help me to focus my energy in good things.

I have a pseudonym for share my drawing in Instagram because I don’t like share my drawings, I feel embarrassment I don’t know why exactly but I prefer post and share my drawing anonymously. The pseudonym is Bu’o because one day I watched a interview of the daughter of the film director Alfonso Cuaron of the movie Roma and the name of his daughter is Bu and she is really artistic so I decided put bu’o for share my drawing and paintings in Instagram and for now I prefer that keep it up of that way, when I feel that is the moment to show it I will do it.

Since I was a child always I like draw and paint is my form to express things, I really like it when I can paint my favorite things and after put them in my wall or in my sketchbook, maybe I’m don’t the best painting and drawing but is my favorite hobbie. Someday I would like take art courses for better in this and when I have free time I want practice more and more. Finally I hope one day I do better in this art, honestly I like so much every form to do art like the photography, paint, draw, the cinematography, dance and sing. But in the two last I’m pretty bad hahahaha.

Halloween is my favorite celebration 🎃👻

Halloween is a very cool celebration, I really love it, I like see all the costumes, watch all the special chapters for Halloween, watch horror movies with my sister, go to the horror festival In salitre magico and accompany my younger siblings for candy or trick 🍭.

Also go to zombie march in the seventh avenue the last weekend of October, Wear costumes with my friends and go to SOFA in corferias

Every year i look forward to Halloween, is a very fun celebration because you can costume of your favorite character, horror characters and literally whatever thing and for my is super cool design your costume. The best part also is eat candies,do pranks, scare your friends and the costume parties 🥳. This year is possible that can’t celebrate Halloween because we have a pandemic in all world, but never mind the next year it will be. The best part is when you see all the costumes and ideas of your friends or the people in general, so many people loves Halloween and prepare their costumes, for example there are families that agree to disguise themselves, also when disguised the pets is so cute and funny.

Finally the horror festival in the amusement park Salitre Magico is so insane in the good way, the park closed at midnight and you can mount in all high impact attractions, also you can visit the haunted houses there and see actresses and actors disguised of horror characters, it’s pretty cool 😎

I love my city Bogotá 🌃💛

I was born and lived in Bogotá all my life,for me this city is amazing, chaotic, beautiful, multicultural and with many things to discover. I had to leave Bogota for go to study to other city and that is new for me, now I still live in Bogotá for quarantine, so these days I was thinking in all things That i miss do in Bogota. For that reason I want share with you some photos that I took in some places of the city because I love take photos.

This photo is when I went a concert in the downtown of Bogota in special in a zone called the bronx that had a social and cultural reconstruction for do a new zone for entertainment in the capital, the event was Bronx creative district, various artists from Bogota they made a awesome performance specially a band that their name is Los petit fellas.

In Bogota we have a garage sale or flea market called San Alejo is in the seventh the most important street here. is a market outdoor in a parking where every Sunday many people they have stalls to sell antiques, clothes, handicrafts, food, street art and more things. Is a really good experience get up early to go, have breakfast and visit every booth they have there, is a really good activity for do in Bogota on Sunday.

FILBO is the name of the Bogota book fair, I go every year is a nice experience i really like it all the things you can do it there, the things you can see and finally is a very cultural experience, i don’t have to much for say I just love it, this activity. Always is in the month of April and may .

Instrospective, acid and surreal is the new serie called the midnight gospel that each episode is a mental trip full of philosophical questions with a really good animation and very colorful 🌈. His creators are Duncan Trussel and Pendleton Warton, Duncan is a comedian that has a podcast about meditation 🧘🏼‍♂️ and existential question about daily life, and for other side is Pendleton he is professional animator and the creator of Adventure time, this dudes are the responsables of this amazing show of Netflix, well the serie talk about terms hards to understand and alternative things.

We have our protagonist called clancy, he spends his time doing podcast on internet and one day he leaves his home for live in a surreal world and buy a simulator of universes to clandestine way for can interview interesting people through of universe for his podcast, with the dream to become famous and millionaire

The midnight gospel is really awesome is a unique experience to watch, about existential thoughts and metaphors about life. All this with a experimental animation very beautiful

Cross the little line between the surreal and absurd expand your mind and leading you to question about yourself life, very honest.

“This is not a tv show, this is a real life”

Is one of the phrases that one character of Bojack says.

What is it about?

This is a serie of 2014 produced by Netflix and is about antropogenic animals with human characteristics that live in a world with humans, this show talk about different topics like addictions, loneliness, depression and adult problems like not being able to form a family or can’t be happy in your job. All this with a really good dark and ironic comedy is like a parody to the real life.

Is really easy empathize with the serie because their protagonist Bojack have serious problems to love himself and in each episode he show us how deal with frustration and how he thinks don’t deserve be a better person.

And like everybody in some moment of our lifes can feel a emptiness or our life’s doesn’t have sense doing us reflect about the life, is really instrospective and some times we feel lost the sense or the horizon of the life avoiding our problems with banal things.

With many special guest like Paul McCartney, Lisa kudrow from friends and Rupaul from Rupauls Drag Race just mentioned some special guests, finally Bojack have 6 seasons and this year ended leaving us a great tv show with many reflections about how difficult and weird the life can be.
