She would have to change to regen potions instead of true healing but it was better then nothing. It was quick work, before she looked up at Hawke with a smile, “And thank you for taking the time to do this - I appreciate it.” The less time she had to spend outside getting supplies for the clinic, the more able she was to stay in Anders place.

“If you can find me some Embrium on your next venture that would be amazing.”  River checked her inventory one last time before nodding, “And then I should be good for a few weeks.”

She looks surprised for a moment, unsure what to say next before she offers him a smile. “Anything you can get for the clinic, or Darktown would be appreciated by Anders and me.”

“Oh, Maker, as much as that sounds delightful - I would dare say you’d have to convince me to go with you. With all the stories I hear from Anders and Varric, it’s like dragons lunge at you at every opportunity.” River teased, “I’m not a fighter, and I would be a liability if it came to that…”

“Not every opportunity,” Van rubbed the back of his neck. Of course Varric would talk him up to sound much fiercer than he really was. Or at least to make them appear like they fought impossible creatures every time they left the city walls. “Mostly it’s just run of the mill bandits whenever we leave. But even then, it’s not every time. You’d be safe.”

He shrugged. “I won’t push, but it wouldn’t be that much of a problem. Besides, if you’re busy enough here, I don’t want to keep you from your work.”
