Hi there 🌼
I hope it’s okay that I’m reaching out. My name is Rola, and I’m a mother of two from Gaza. Life used to be simple—filled with laughter, home-cooked meals, walks with my children, and ice cream on weekends. But since October, everything has changed.
We lost our home in a bombing. One moment, we were sipping coffee on the balcony… the next, the house shook, windows shattered, and our world collapsed. We had to flee with nothing—no clothes, no toys, no sense of safety.
My children still ask about their beds, their books, their quiet little room. I don’t have answers. All I can do is hold them and keep going.
We’re now raising funds to evacuate—or, if returning becomes possible, to rebuild. I just want to give my children a future that isn’t defined by fear and loss.
If you’re able to help—by donating or even just sharing our story—it would mean everything 💛. Your kindness can bring us one step closer to healing.
Thank you for listening. And if you'd prefer not to receive messages like this, just let me know and I won’t reach out again.
With love and hope,
Rola | @rolafamily 🤍

No safety. No food. No aid. No water. No healthcare. No education. Is this what it means to live? Is this what world accept as life?
If a group of animals were trapped, starved, and cut off from the world like this, people would be outraged. But because it's us—human beings—somehow, the world looks away.
These are unbearable days. Everything feels heavy. Each hour presses on my chest like I’m being suffocated.
My family needs urgent help.
Basic survival has become nearly impossible. Bread—just bread—now costs over $25 a day to make.
We are not asking for luxury. We are begging for life.
Please, if you’re reading this: help. Reblog this post. Talk about us. Donate if you can. Even a small act can mean everything right now.

Omegaverse Blogs Masterlist
I decided to make a list with all the omegaverse (A/B/O and its variants) blogs I have ever followed, some of these are no longer active, but I think they should not be forgotten. As more blogs crop up I’ll edit or reblog to add them to the list, so if I missed anyone please let me know.  @omegaverse-scribbles @i-kinda-like-omegaverse @alpha-zeta-lambda-xi-tau-omega  @treasured–omega @sortingabosincebirth @miscellaneous-miscecanis @justalphabetaomegablog @bubblegum-omega @yet-another-omega @theomegaversegirl @secondhandnesting @soft-alpha-posting @sunshine-omega @pack-verse @omegaverse-lover @omegaversehellscape @omegaverse-headcanons-and-ideas @omegaverse-daily @softcore-omegaverse @omegaverse-info @omegaversetheory @miscefelis-thingz @jar-of-omegaverse @curious-omega @alpha-beta-omega666 @omega-loves @alpha-beta-omegaverse @betawere @abo-r-us @omegaverse-onions @omega-butch @verytiredomega @betawithablog @omega-girl-in-heat @neat-nesting-stuffs @omegaverse-fan @omegaboy-abo @ethereal-vault @omegaverseismyobssesion @glitterguts13 @cosy-omegaverse @omegasunited @omega-gloss @autistic-omegaverse @omegabeee @snippyomega @celestial-omegaverse @allalphaaob @abodynamicmatch @itsanomegasworld @dearmadamalpha @chamomile-omegaverse @macaroni-omegaverse @omegaverse-headcannons @femslash-omegaverse @abo-dynamics @spaceyomega @abomegaverse @omegaverseonfleek-omegaverse @smol-soft-abo @z-ohcs @storiesofanomega @unusually-omegaverse @the-omegaverse @just-alpha-things @cat-and-omegaverse @abosuggestion @abodynamicslife @omegaverse-love @alpha-beta-omega3 @abo-off-kilter @omegaverse-werewolves @wild-omegaverse-world @omegahoney @sweet-sweet-omegas @nestingfox @alphabetaomegaverse @omegaverse-filth-blog @abo-writer @aboheadcannonsandmore @omega-alpha-beta-dynamics  @abo-dreams @oreo-mega-blog @nochuabo-blog @theomegaverse @firstloveomegaverse @omegaverseismyuniverse @tall-omega-anon @totally-abo @jp-omegaverse-hcs @omegaversethings @omegaverse-professor @omegaverse-seeker Oh boy that was a lot ahahahah. Some of these are content creators, some of these are mostly reblog-only kind of blogs, but I think it’s always good to see who’s out there. Maybe their blog is exactly what you were looking for.  Again, if I forgot anyone I’m really sorry, but there’s just so many of us nowadays that it’s hard to keep track of everyone.  I also did not include fanfiction or RP focused blogs, so if these are missing that’s why.

Suppose EVERY Greek letter wanted its own ludicrous fanfic biology category
Because if you just said alpha and omega, fine, you're naming categories after first and last letters. Alpha and beta, fine. Alpha, beta, and gamma, you've got three categories. But alpha, beta, and then jumping all the way to omega -- now you've raised some questions about all the other letters.
Consider, a possible alpha/beta/gamma/delta/epsilon/zeta/eta/theta/iota/kappa/lambda/mu/nu/xi/omicron/pi/rho/sigma/tau/upsilon/phi/chi/psi/omega-verse:
alpha — as usually defined.
beta — as usually defined.
gamma — physiologically similar to betas, but pheromone chameleons; can smell like anything depending on what their subconscious thinks is the most useful.
delta — can transition between effectively-alpha and effectively-omega based on pheromone exposure, but it's mostly involuntary, it takes about six months to finish, and it's about as dangerous as a beta pregnancy.
epsilon — strictly infertile; 'supposed' to bond with mated pairs (often but not always ones they're related to) to help with kids; NOT always asexual, and they do have sex organs, just no gametes.
zeta — physiologically similar to alphas, but their instincts are 'set' on submission, not dominance.
eta — physiologically similar to omegas, but their instincts are 'set' on dominance, not submission.
theta — physiologically similar to betas, but their pheromones put everyone else on reproductive standby. Tend to be dominant in an implacable way, rather than an aggressive one.
iota — can transition between effectively-epsilon and effectively-beta.
kappa — what the hell, lays eggs.
lambda — sex organs internal when not in use; can either carry offspring or fertilize.
mu — sex organs internal when not in use; can carry but not fertilize.
nu— sex organs internal when not in use; can fertilize but not carry.
xi — physiologically similar to alphas with identical sex organs, but pheromonally and behaviorally very similar to betas. That way they can sneak around behind a dominant alphas back.
omicron — superficially physiologically similar to omegas, but: generally reproduce parthenogenetically, so mostly clones of themselves and sometimes mutants of other dynamics; non-omicron parents will sometimes throw out an omicron, but it's rare; almost indistinguishable from omegas without modern science.
pi — superficially physiologically similar to omegas. Unlike omicrons they CAN reproduce with others, and they aren't parthenogenetic, but they can self-fertilize.
rho — ummmmmmmm like betas but just make every situation tenser???
sigma — fully functional alpha and omega sexual organs.
tau — superficially physiologically similar to betas, but with universally attractive pheromones; technically infertile, but through a mechanism still not understood, anyone who has had ANY kind of sex with a tau has a vastly increased chance of tau offspring. (It goes from almost zero to maybe about 0.5% after a single tau sexual encounter and increases with additional encounters until leveling off at about 10%.)
upsilon — look like an epsilon, smell like an epsilon, but NOT infertile.
phi — produces eggs, but has no functional uterus; instead, after acquisition of sperm from someone, hopefully-fertilized eggs are deposited in someone else's uterus — phis are pheromonally drawn to chis, but that's not the only possibility. Omegas instinctively don't want to tolerate their presence unless the phi submits.
chi — has a functional uterus, but no eggs. However, the developing embryo IS subject to a sort of retroviral bath to append fragments of the carrier's DNA. Chis are pheromonally drawn to phis, but if they get an embryo some other way that works too. There's some superficial similarity to omegas, but they smell very different.
psi — physiologically similar to omegas with identical sex organs, but pheromonally and behaviorally very similar to betas.
omega — as usually defined.
Do with this what you will.

🕊️ Please Take a Moment to Read Nadin’s Story
My name is Nadin. I never imagined I would write something like this. I’ve always been someone who kept her worries quiet, someone who believed that even the hardest days could be endured with patience and faith. But right now, I am reaching out — not because I want to, but because I need to.
I am a wife, a mother, and one of many women in Gaza trying to survive days that feel like they have no end. There was a short time — a brief ceasefire — where we thought things might start to heal. Where the sound of war faded for just long enough to let us breathe. But that moment is gone now, and the fear has returned louder than before.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My days are filled with uncertainty, and my nights with prayer. We have lost so much. Our home was damaged, our sense of safety taken from us. But through all of this, I try to keep going. I try to hold on to what little peace I can create with my hands, my words, and my love.
I am not asking for much. Just a little help to keep our lives from falling further apart. To fix the small things — a cracked wall, a leaking roof, the pieces of daily life that help us hold on to dignity.
This campaign isn’t just about survival. It’s about holding on to what makes us human in a place that keeps trying to take that away. It’s about showing my daughter — even though I won’t mention her name here — that the world didn’t forget us.
If you’ve ever felt powerless in the face of suffering, please know that even the smallest gesture can carry great meaning. A kind word. A shared post. A quiet donation. These things remind us that we’re not alone.
I am still here. Still holding on. Still believing that people out there — people like you — still care.
Please, if you feel moved, consider supporting or sharing this campaign.

Hey I dont know if you're still around, but my friend loved your Alpha Peeves post and was wondering about your ideas for Omega Pet Peeves?
Sure I do!
20 Omega Pet Peeves
1. “No I’m not acting like this because I’m almost in heat, though if you say that again, I’ll tear into like I was”
2. “Well, I saw this one coming, this is the part where I’m told it’s my fault for __________ because I’m an omega?”
3. “No it’s fine really, I can do it, I don’t need to get an Alpha to help.”
4. “Did you seriously just tell me I smelled like heat, as if I don’t already know that.”
5. “I’ll dress how I want, I don’t care if AlPhAs don’t like it.”
6. “I was just asking if you were okay? You smelled distressed. No need to get all high and mighty alpha.”
7. “Of course Omegas can date other Omegas.”
8. “Yeah I’m dating a Beta, no I don’t need an Alpha.”
9. “Yeah ________ really is my job. How do you think I feel in an Alpha dominated profession?”
10. “If I had a dime for every time I got catcalled by an alpha I’d be too rich to walk anywhere.”
11. “Please stop trying to set me up with Alphas because your think they’ll make me more calm/submissive/relaxed.”
12. *deep sigh* “Actually I’m an adult.”
13. “I’m an Omega, not a moron.”
14. “I hate wearing collars. I know Alphas know better than to bite random Omegas necks.”
15. “Actually I don’t want kids” ... “No, I don’t think I’ll change my mind.”
16. “I’m really happy not being mated, I don’t want a mate.” ... “No, I don’t think I’ll change my mind.”
17. ”I’m not made of glass, treat me like you would a Beta/Alpha”
18. “Actually, my mate is very supportive of my independence.”
19. “I’m not teasing anybody, I’m wearing f*cking shorts (dress, etc.)
20. I think at some point it just becomes convenient for people to accuse Omegas of _______________ honestly.”

Beta headcanons
Although Betas are thought to be the same beings as basic humans(a.k.a our universe humans, ‘US’, hereinafter referred to as b.h.), there are many diferences from b.h. because they have gone through the same evolution as other dynamics and have pack-centric lifestyle.
Betas are usually more tribalistic than other dynamics.
Betas are good at distinguishing emotions from scent, because of their tendency to be meditators.
Betas have a strong sense of scent because they often come back from a long distance from their pack.
Beta women still experience menstruation, but they have fewer menstrual volumes, cramps, and period than b.h..
Betas tend to take care of other people’s children in addition to their own, so they often adopt pups compared to other dynamics.
In addition, Betas often have pets.
Because of this tendency, Betas are more engaged in pups and pet-related businesses and occupations than Omegas, contrary to popular belief.
Betas have the longest and sharpest canine among all dynamics because universally they don’t make a mating mark.
Beta women don’t have instinct for nesting, but doctors recommend nesting when they are pregnant. In past, they usually have their pack’s Omegas’ nest, but nowdays most of them don’t have Omegas’ nest.
Betas’ ideal body type is developed slow twitch muscles and thin.
Betas are harder to build muscles than alpha, but they have a strong aspect in cardiopulmonary endurance.
Betas have a larger height difference between primary genders than other dynamics. (3~4inch, similar to b.h., other dynamics is 1~2inch)
Betas are less reproductive than other dynamics.
Betas enjoy jogging outside rather than exercising at the gym. Most people who participate in the marathon are Betas.
Beta men with Alpha were often confused with Omega. On the contrary, Beta women with Omega were often confused with Alpha.

Omega headcanons
Omegas are usually smaller than other dynamics, so they are generally little spoons.
In general, Omegas take the role of caregiver and caretaker.
Omegas are picky about interior design, and prefer a soft and round design.
Even if Omegas don't have pups, they use edge guards sometimes.
People think that Omega is the smartest one, but it isn't true. It only seems because of the vagabond tendency of Beta and the inability to concentrate of Alpha, and Omegas have a high concentration.
Beta focuse on the whole, and Omegas focuse on one.
If Omegas is on the ropes, they can become more aggressive than Alphas.
Omegas have the most closed and introverted personality compared to other dynamics.
Omegas' ideal body type is chubby and ruddy.
Omegas' sense of smell is good at smelling nature, so when they are young, they like to go out and collect grasses and flowers.
Omegas tend to do yoga at home, when they have to excercise.
Omegas are possesive and territorial like Alphas, but unlike them, Omegas express indirectly and subtly.
Omegas' canine is the smallest one among all dynamics, still, theirs are sharp.
Omega women have the largest bust and Omega men have the largest bust among men with different secondary genders.
When Omega men are pregnant, their breasts grow as their mammary glands develop.
Omegas have a submissive instinct, but that doesn't mean they're born slaves. They can always be selfish for their own benefit.
etc etc

Alpha headcanons
Alphas usually the tallest one among other dynamics, and they enjoy being big spoons using their height.
Alphas are very aggressive, but they are also less sensitive to personal space. However, they don't allow approach to what they claim to be their own.
Alphas value exterior design more than interior one and are obsessed with the idea of having their own house. It originates from their desire to have a den.
Alphas are very creative. That's why there's a saying 'Betas discover, Alphas invent'.
Young Alphas' desire for exploration is not great, but they often follow their friends to protect them, Betas and Omegas.
Alphas' ideal body type is tall and muscular body.
Alpha women don't experience chest pain when exercising because they have small breasts and their cooper ligaments are more developed than other dynamics, so their breasts are not easily shaken.
Alphas' canine is very smooth. It is more for making marks than for offensive use.
Most of Gym users are Alphas. They like to show off their bodies while exercising and often enjoy taking off their top.
Alphas' sense of smell is good at smelling threat, fear, and pain, so they are good at finding injured people at the disaster site.
etc etc

Superstition in A/B/O headcanons
There is a belief that if Betas have a high interest in sex, they take Alpha/Omega’s mates.
There was a superstition that eating slick which Omegas make while in the heat increases fertility.
People are superstitious about broken canine. If your canine is broken, you will be dead soon.
The lucky animal in most countries is the wolf.
In addition to the superstition that taking a picture takes away your soul, if you put your scent on your picture, your body changes with the person in the picture.
People with the scent of flower blooming in winter are expected to live very healthy.
There is a saying that the flower language of a flower with the same scent as the person's scent shows the person's character.

Nesting headcanons
Basically, it is the instinct of Omegas to create a comfortable space in den.
Omegas are generally building one large nest in their own house or in their own area.
Omegas build small nests whenever necessary. (Pregnant, Adoption, Anxious...)
Creating your own safe space is a great help to your mental health, so counselors recommend nesting for Alphas or Betas, who don't have any particular instinct.
There is always one big store in the city for nesting materials only.
In modern times, there has been a trend in nesting materials, and outdated nesting materials are thrown away, causing a lot of garbage problems.
There is a Broadcast that experts help Omegas, who aren't good at nesting

Body headcanons
People tend not to see breasts as sexual. A bra is more like an aid that supports breasts than covering breasts.
The skin on people's neck is basically thick because of marking. Still, Betas' canines are long, so Beta's marking often cause big wounds.
Big nostrils have once been the standard for beauty, and people say that small noses look tactless.

Scenting headcanons
Basically, it's a term that people use to rub scent gland on others or nuzzle up against other person's gland.
Because there is a scent gland on the wrist, if people hold hands to greet, there is a possibility of accidental touching it, so greetings usually only nod.
In close relationships, they grab each other's wrists and shake them lightly.
Don't flirt with anyone who is certain that someone has intentionally been scenting.
It's very instinctive to scenting someone people think they're close to, so usually people like physical affection more than b.h..
Alphas have a stronger dominant tendency, the stronger the desire to scenting.
Unconsent scenting is usually classified as sexual harassment.
The act of scenting a close person creates a comfortable feeling for both themselves and the other person.

Headcannons about ABO dynamics's Evolution during history? Something that really fascinantes me about the omegaverse is the biological aspect of It and the Evolution that the 'secondary sexes and dynamics may have experienced over the years. Did alphas, omegas and betas exist since the beginning of the human race? Or at first there were only beta men and women and the rest of the dynamics appeared later?
I like to imagine that originally only existed beta men and women, but at some point the human race was at such big risk of becoming extinct that the secondary alpha/omega dynamics appeared as a mechanism to guarantee a higher chance of reproduction. The capacity of impregnating and getting pregnant being independent from the first sex (man or woman) would allow communities to keep growing despite having a lack of men or women, because there would still be a certain percentage of Alpha women/ omega men that can impregnate/be pregnant and compensate the lack of biological men and women (If we asume that the possibilities of becoming Alpha, beta and omega are all the same)
happy monday!
I've seen it both ways, I prefer writing the "always been this way" style because honestly it makes it easier for me and i have less questions I have to muddle through in the worldbuilding journey.
Here's some of my considerations -
the beta loving community is strong! making betas = normal humans doesn't normally play well with that crowd. Of course, I never write things or refrain from writing things for the pleasure of other people, but still.
if there was an event that impacted fertility rates like that - what's the point of having betas at all? and beyond that does that mean all alphas men and/or amab? are all omegas women and/or afab?
If not - this turns into sort of two phenomenons, 1. being the hypersexuality and hyper-fertility and 2. this suggests biologically at some point teens might develop the genitalia and secondary sex characteristics normally biologically reserved for the opposite gender. With my very small knowledge of what life is like as an intersex individual, I doubt that society would suddenly jump on this train like it's the bee's knees. What then???
Human evolution moves slowly - there are several vestigial elements that are fading out of the genome everyday - like having wisdom teeth, appendix, and a specific type of ear muscle. What sort of event/situation could spark such a large scale change so quickly (even over hundreds of years)?
If it's an evolution thing, that suggests an in and out group. Who are the out-group and what if they're not too into the whole omegaverse thing? (again looping back to the question of betas). Is the in group then a different specie of human alltogether?
If the purpose of this is to get fertility rates up, logically it wouldn't be the first thing that occured. Polyamory would likely become more popular - especially men with multiple wives unfortunately. The human litter size might get bigger. It would become socially acceptable to have children younger - or maybe menopause would start getting later and later. Maybe both. Having children would also need to become a lot cheaper - and if your society is quasi-modern, people would likely need massive incentives if the situation really was that dire. Nobody wants to have a baby just for that baby to have to experience the end of the world.
Regardless of all these considerations above, for anyone interested in developing their own omegaverse rules - do consider a punnet square. If you don't just want to have alphas and omegas, there needs to be some combination of their genes that leads to a beta - or they'll simply cease to exist.
Fertility/population is a tricky thing to use as a fantasy mechanism because in the real world, declining birth rates can't usually be attributed to one single thing - normally it's a multitude of factors converging on one another. Of course, this is inherently a fantastical genre which gives us all the freedom to play and have a little fun making stuff up along the way.
