Vash seemed to be with his eyes closed at the time, he did not seem to mind someone getting so close to his personal space. On the contrary, if he wanted to he would hug his subordinates simply because he felt like it.

But at that moment he opened his eyes, looking down, noticing how one of his 'dogs' rested their head against his leg.

The fake angel smiled with tired eyes, bringing one of his hands up on the other's head to pet them.
