Are you okay with being addressed as “ma’am”(not followed by anything sexual. Obviously. Saw the “hey man” post and thought I should verify in case I ever have to send an ask. Also, if not, what would you like to be addressed as? /gen
not a big fan of ma'am either. i don't think there's really a pronoun that would follow "hey" that feels appropriate for people i'm not already friends with (i like "hey bestie", but that's not really a good fit for casual acquaintances or anons)
just stick with neutral pronouns and you're good 👍
