Vinyl asks
(never seen anything like this, and I’ve had questions myself, so feel free to drop these in collectors’ ask boxes!)
First LP you ever bought?
First single you ever bought?
Most valuable record in your collection?
Least valuable record in your collection?
Favorite LP in your collection?
Favorite single in your collection?
When did you first start collecting?
Artist/band whose records you buy the most?
Have you ever inherited any records from your family?
Last record you bought?
Is there an “odd man out” record in your collection (it doesn’t fit in with the styles/genres of the rest of your collection)? If so, what is it?
Record you listen to the most?
Record you hardly play?
Do you have any rarities/limited edition records? If so, how many?
Have you ever gotten ripped off when buying?
What was the most expensive record you ever bought?
What was the cheapest record you ever bought?
How many records (LP’s and singles) do you have in your collection?
When did you first buy your own player?
Have you ever literally broken a record?
Which record in your collection is the in the best condition?
Which record in your collection is in the worst condition?
Which record in your collection is the oldest?
Which record in your collection is the newest?
How often do you buy records?
What’s one record that you regret buying?
What was the highest number of records you ever bought at one time?
Have you ever sold any of your records?
What’s one mistake you’ve made as a collector?
Record(s) that you want to buy next?
What’s the best decision you’ve ever made as a collector?
Do you own any color vinyl?
Do you prefer buying records online or in shops?
What was the best deal you’ve ever gotten on a record?
Have you ever gotten any of your records/sleeves signed by artists?

I've asked this question before and been surprised by the results, now I have access to more weirdos it's your problem:
It is the middle of a Sunday afternoon. You have nothing on, and aren't expecting visitors, deliveries or post.
Unexpectedly, there is a knock at the door.

I hate when people ask me about my preference but I don’t understand their preference level. Like yes I kinda want Chinese food 10% more than I want a sandwich but if you want a sandwich like 40% more than Chinese food then I would say it’s totally reasonable we get sandwiches.
