Integrated campaign created for Gucci as an assignment. The campaign included a direct mail sent to the client’s house, an app, a website and a billboard advert. The aim of the campaign was to bring their loyal customers to a fashion show in which they would have the freedom to create the outfits that would be shown in the catwalk. They would spend the afternoon at a cocktail party, taking pictures wearing the outfits and posting on social media, in order to create spontaneous media. The event would use experiential marketing, to bring the clients closer to the brand.

Test One welcomes Marketing intern
The Derbyshire electrical safety consultant has welcomed a new intern who will be working in the marketing department.

Veronica Chiarelli was welcomed into the company in January by the company’s director, Phil Brothwood, to start an important journey in her career. Originally from South America Veronica has experience in marketing for real state and franchise, focusing in online sales. In regards to the new acquisition to the team Phil said “It is great to have a fresh mind in the office, someone who thinks outside the box and that has innovative ideas brought from her experience in her home country”. Brothwood added “I know the importance of diversity and value the way a multi-cultural staff can positively influence the company’s activities to build success”.
Test One’s director believes that despite the political and economic uncertainty surrounding the UK, there is room for the company to grow and his aims are to expand the business not only in Derbyshire but across the East Midlands and beyond. “I know that advertising the service we offer, and communicating to small business owners that health and safety regulations are easily manageable with our help, is the first step we need to take. Having a marketing professional within the company will also help us achieve our growth targets for 2017”. The new intern, Veronica, reckons that this a great opportunity for her career development and is excited to put in practice her knowledge and skills. Chiarelli said “I am looking forward to seeing the strategy I’ve created taking form and put into action” and she added “As any professional in the start of their career would think, real world responsibilities may seem challenging, but I do feel well prepared and am eager to put into practice what I have learned at University”. She also reveals that the company has done little marketing in the past and that a stronger online presence is part of the strategy.
