An Interview With the Vampire Cyberpunk 2077 AU no one asked for but me so I drew it
netrunner Armand, Lestat develops cyberpsychosis, nomad Louis joins the mox, Claudia and Lestat have similar fang implants :) very general outline of a bit of my idea under the cut. I would write a fic but that isn't my forte. o(*￣▽￣*)ブ
Lestat was taken by Magnus (Maelstrom) who experiments on him with stolen Militech cyberware. Magnus kills himself in a fit of cyberpsychosis. Akasha (Militech) tracks the cyberware to Lestat and apprehends him. Instead of ripping the cyberware from his body (likely would kill him) Akasha recognizes how well his body has adjusted to the new tech and employs him. When working for Militech, Lestat meets a musician named Nicki.. Armand is a Netrunner working for a megacorp under Marius. He keeps hidden behind the front of his club Children of Satan. Armand is sent to spy on Militech. Weaseling his way into Lestat's life he falls in love with Lestat. It isn't reciprocated, but the two of them would come to revamp Armands club into Theatre des Vampires. Armand grows jealous of Nicki... Nicki dies. Following this, Lestat, with the help of Armand, had been brainstorming a way to kick the Militech software monitoring him, takes the leap and flees Night City back into the Badlands. Here he spends years alone wandering, fearing he would share Magnus' end. One night he comes upon a family of Nomads when he lays eyes on Louis.
I have more thoughts on where this would go. Maybe I'll post more with more sketches.
