at night I wake up and have nightmares. The nightmares that were gone 2 years ago. Remember how I would tell you I had nightmares because you didn’t give me a hug goodnight.
They’re back again.
Every morning I wake up anxious and uneasy. I’m scared of life without you. I’m so so so scared.
I love you. I’ll pull through and take care of myself. This I promise you.

that’s the thing about growth isn’t it? you can’t just have some massive breakthrough and think you’ve completely turned around. You have to consistently put in effort. To change your old ways and habits.
You have to suffer and choose the choices that are a little less wrong, everyday.
And hopefully, one day, we won’t feel like this anymore.
