ingredients :
liquid stevia (or 0 cal sweetener)
2 frozen or fresh raspberries, crushed
crushed ice
you will need a blender
put the crushed ice in the blender container, then the raspberries, and finally squirt the desired amount of stevia into the container.
blend well and eat :) 🍧 optional lime/lemon, and if you dont have a blender, eat the crushed ice itself or put into a plastic bag and smash!

Hard to tell if I spent the last month in recovery or one big constant binge. But, either way I hate myself for it and I’m back! I feel absolutely disgusting!
The ~only~ upside to this is ALL the weight I gained back went to new and exciting places. So I have hips now. 🤢

1) http://eatingdisorderrecovery.com/index.php/home - Features a free eating disorder recovery workbook that helps you manage eating disorder symptoms. Includes blogs to help inspire eating disorder recovery. Allows visitors to post and discuss problems and questions in a forum that is monitored.
2) http://www.recoveryboat.com/ - A website that offers peer support for eating disorder recovery. This site includes a forum for those struggling. It also provides basic information about eating disorders for those suffering and those supporting a loved one who is suffering. Lastly, it provides some therapy exercises that can help overcome eating disorder behaviours and symptoms.
3) http://www.something-fishy.org/ - An all exclusive website that provides a treatment finder, forums, eating disorder information, hotlines, and more. This site even includes resources for books and self-help worksheets to help combat eating disorder symptoms and behaviours.
4) http://www.webiteback.com/ - A pro-recovery website that exists to help others overcome their eating disorder and to combat pro-ana websites. This site provides a forum for users to post on to get advice and share struggles of their eating disorder. This site also provides an extensive resource list for those struggling.

It has a resource library that includes links on where to get help. NEDIC runs public service announcements and campaigns that you can get involved with in your own community.

Stats for April

Difference: -4.8 lbs
Thoughts:
April was an awful month for me mentally. I could write a book about how terrible this month alone has treated me and that’s not even on top of the year so far. I want to beat myself up about the constant binges and my sudden inability to stick to a calorie limit,but I won’t. The reality is I’m not in recovery... I just have depression and that caused me to over eat. I’m happy that I still managed to lose and not gain anything back. If i was to take anything away from this I think hope that it’s to just be kind to myself because i will struggle sometimes.
P.S. I truly believe I didn’t gain as much as I could’ve because I started to take Apple Cider Vinegar pills(to in the morning and two at night) not only did I lose from it when I was on track,but it regulated my bathroom usage a bit more and kept the weight off after a binge. You can also mix a bit with water and drink it at the same times for the same results. !! YOU HAVE TO MIX IT WITH WATER!!

Cravings and what they mean
If you crave carbohydrates, your serotonin levels may have dropped. Eggs, cheese and pineapple are good for raising them again.
If you crave sugar, you may be dehydrated. Drink some water or green tea.
If you crave red meat, you may be deficient in iron. Eat dried fruits like figs or prunes, or beans and legumes, or take iron tablets.
If you crave dairy, your blood sugar levels may be low. Eat foods naturally high in glucose, like oranges or strawberries to raise them.
If you crave chocolate, your magnesium levels may be low. Eat brown rice, whole grain bread or spinach to raise them.
If you crave salt, your blood pressure may be low. Eat salted nuts, whole wheat pretzels, or drink salted water to raise it. If that doesn’t work, you may be dehydrated. Drink water or green tea.
If you crave bread, your nitrogen levels may be low. Eat turkey, black beans or brown rice to raise them.
If you crave fried foods, you may be fatigued. Eat slow energy releasing foods like bananas or whole grain bread, or take a nap.

if you neglect a garden, plants will be overgrown, weeds will take over and it will be slowly become a mess. but if you wanted to start anew, you can. the weeds can be dug up, new flowers can be planted. patience and daily care will help it grow into a beautiful garden. it’s the same for yourself. if you want to change your habits and make steps to heal, it’s already a big step. it means you care about yourself, and caring is the first step to making a garden beautiful again.
