So I was waiting to renew my Starz subscription until I got a feel of how Outlander season 5 was doing after that disaster called season 4. After seeing this..I’m glad I waited 🙄. Why can’t they get the writer back from season 1??? Plus, these actors seem (to me) to be over playing these characters. They came across last season as so over all of it. Oops-except when they have their hands out selling some crap. What’s it now-Whiskey?

Yes to all of this! Here are my questions-was Brianna this bad in the books? Or did the show writers pull the worst traits of the character and Sophie’s acting just brought the whole mess home? Frankly, I find the Broger storyline just a big NO to watch. No on every level-no chemistry, no spark, no fun, no connections -nothing.

How is Cait any different than Shatner at this point. She has a huge SM following and the vehicles of show publicity and entertainment journalism. For what good important, impactful, worthy cause has she used her power and broad platform? To mean-spiritedly target and incorrectly blame shippers and play the victim. Really admirable Cait, a real woke citizen of the world you are indeed.
