So there are several explanations for this picture…

Either Scott is running, which is not entirely likely given his stance, or its blowing quite a bit, which the rest of the picture doesn't quite match either.

And then there's the option that Emma overdid it with the hair straightener this morning and Scott was running with Emma on his back, or it was blowing a lot before this event.
