The NFL Draft is in Green Bay this year, and I’m been watching it thinking about Vlad would try to either make it about himself, or what levels he would go to in trying to get himself to announce a Packers draft pick

The team president already did the bit about being the only community owned team in the League and I know that would be a sore spot.

A few years back, I was interning with the communications department for one of the local sports teams. I had done a rewatch of Danny Phantom earlier that year, so I had this at my phone background.

(Yes it’s great, and no I won’t apologize)

After one of the games and on the way out of the stadium, one of the local newspaper reporters saw my phone and started asking me if it was Danny Phantom and trying to me small talk about it the entire elevator ride down from the press box, which was both hilarious and awkward at the same time.

I won’t apologize for it and it was fantastic

Vlad Masters might not have been able to buy the Green Bay Packers, but I’m convinced that he would be throwing obscene amounts of money at the University of Wisconsin athletics program with the NIL system used in college sports. The man has NIL trust fund guy written all over him.
