JCVTU Headcanons because it broke me

[Jentry]

Had an anime art phase with poorly drawn moe art

Was a furry at one point. Used to be obsessed with the Taiwanese and South Korean kemono suits. Had to bury that phase in old shoe boxes in the back of her closet.

Knows fluent Korean but not Chinese despite that being Gugu's native tongue. She tried to teach Jentry when she was young but the best she got was her old music on vinyl and being able to pronounce and read. She cannot speak much of it.

Lana Del Ray enjoyer. She wasn't exposed to a lot of western music during her time in Korea but she heard of Lana. It was one of the few artists she knew before Michael caught her up.

Kit did her nails once. She kept getting flustered and the paint melted off.

Strangely low pain reception. Like, scratches and papercuts do not bother her. Not to say she can't feel anything, but she doesn't mind bumps or cuts.

Used to Naruto run around the playground as a kid. Michael would Mario-jump in response (he never watched anime.)

Extremely good at rhythm games.

Anything from DDR to FNF to GCWWP or KCE. She picks them up quickly and holds lots of high scores in many arcades and leaderboards.

Has been a girl in some lives before solely because it fit the time. He learned to do makeup and nails and did Jentry's before because of his past "lives"

Catches himself using really old languages/terminology out of habit.

Strange ways for stimming. Tensing muscles. Flexing facial muscles. It helps him feel "real" and calms him down.

Made Jentry playlists. He used to make CDs and mixtapes as well. Before physical media, he used to just play the music himself.

-Makes skin suits like mentally ill teens make Gacha ocs. Basically, he has a closet filled with different people. All different looks and sizes. -A killer wardrobe to boot. Jentry has borrowed from there before. Like. Years worth of clothes are in there. Centuries. Owns original Hot Topic and Juicy Coutoure.

-His house is like a musuem. Cabinets shoved with first edition Harry Potter and Warrior Cats, binders with original Pokemon cards, drawers with old Gameboys and flip-phones, desk drawers crammed with floppy discs and old faxes. TV stands lined with old DVDs and VHSs. Old rotary phones collect dust in his attic. There's things that date back genuine centuries in there. He refuses to sell them out of a mix of guilt and nostalgia.

Collects vinyl. Probably has Hawaii Part Il in there too. It's his kinnie album.

Seems inept at trades but knows quite a lot, mainly about carpentry and automechanics. [Past lives]

Sleeper build. The twink has surprising muscle mass.

[Michael]

Tyler the Creator listener. He loves the samples of classical and jazz as well as the lyrics. He's not a major wordsmith though.

Major immigrant child guilt. It's what kept him in football for so long.

Used to be a squeaker. He sometimes is glad Jentry left for Seoul so she never had to hear his awful voice cracks. He still gets them when he's nervous.

Probably listened to Drake in his workout playlists (the ones Spotify made, he never makes his own). Ended up having to defend said playlists when the Kendrick drama went down. Later became a fan because of the halftime show.

[Stella]

-OCD. Like. Cannot live without a plan for every day. Her room is also immaculately clean because of this. She cannot relax till everything is clean and get easily overstimulated when her room/locker/desk is messy.

Surprisingly good chef when it isn't protein bars she's cooking. This won her points in Michael's parent's book.

After making her 5 year plan, if she vaguely strayed off track by getting interested in something else, she would deny herself of that interest as to not mess up her plan. This led to a lot of stress on herself.

Early bird. Naturally. She just cannot sleep in past 8. If she does, she's sick. She goes to bed really early as well.

[Ed]

Chronically online. Catches Jentry up on the MCYT drama. She never asks for it.

Probably watches stimboards. He isn't even autistic. don't make the rules. He's a fan of the food ones in particular. It's like baby sensory to him.

Begged Gugu for Heelys. He got them, fell one time, and refused to ever wear them again.

He wears comically small clothes.

Mainly from the kids section. They have to order the Korean sizes for him from the cites Jentry orders from.

-ADHD. This mixed with TikTok has left him with the lowest attention

span ever.

Mogs Jentry whenever she scolds him.

Seemingly never sleeps. He doesn't really need sleep and has robbed 7/11 of all their 5-Hour Energy Drinks. He has pulled triple digit amounts of all-nighters

More facts about Kii:

Pupils change in size & shape in response to light and emotion.

Doesn’t have a tail! However the ribbon that wraps around her clothes resembles a tail.

Develops a habit of picking Kit up when she has to have a private chat with him at some point.

Her hair is very thick and spiky. It is very difficult to style.

Jentry wears rubber gloves when she has to touch or hold onto Kii’s horns.
