"I don’t like using a recipe. I find it very difficult using a recipe. I can’t. It’s a mental breakdown. When I look at it it doesn’t make sense to me the way a recipe is written out. I feel like I am breaking the rules because I will mix Asian and Mexican together sometimes. I like to cross cultures.
