ive started taking vitamins— this major depressive disorder will heal by force.
#me when i force myself to draw and listen to music and get out of bed and make coffee and open my window and drink enough water#and eat more balanced meals and read more and indulge in things that i love and enjoy#you cant always control how you feel but you can make note of what impacts you as a person and how you feel#you CAN cultivate a more comfortable and balanced lifestyle#you can take the good with the bad#you can acknowledge that these things wont fix everything#but its not meant to#its meant to bring a bit more balance#im rambling#maybe im projecting#maybe thats ok#you can do this
