Bridgeport expanded project (v0.1b)

A while ago i was working on a project of a bigger bridgeport that included more of country side part of the town.

It's been a while since i haven't worked on it, and i'm not planning to do so anymore, but i tought it would have been nice if i shared with you guys anyway.

The world is fully functional as it is but there are a few things unfurnished (the library and the trailer houses) and a missing nectary.

TO DO LIST: - Renovate EA houses, especially vips ones! - Furnish Library - Furnish trailer houses - Build Nectary - Fix Mike's Cornerstore (grocery)

NO CC - UNPOPULATED

Known issues: Mike's Cornerstore (grocery) gets placed double on top of each others, just remove one.

Requirements I did use some EP, not really sure which ones unfortunately, i also did use the "Rim Rockin’ Basketball Hoop" from the level up collection (not required of course).

The Sims Crafters Roller Coaster

Roller Coaster main web page, download and manual.

A fully functional roller coaster for your Sims to enjoy.  The track is modular, permitting a huge variety of possible track layouts.

After a Sim is directed to “Take Ride” or autonomously decides to “Take Ride”, they will start making their way towards the loading area, and join the back of the queue. As the Sim is queueing, they will fidget, possibly cheering the arrival of another rider back to the loading area; or they may get bored and wander away.

A Sim at the front of the queue will make payment and take a ticket, board the cart and start their ride, possibly waving as they depart the loading area.

As the Sim progresses around the ride they may cheer ascents, whoop on descents, clap or wave at bumps, or otherwise fidget.

Upon arrival at the loading area they will disembark, possibly vomit (depends on the track layout) and make their way to a “rally point” sign.

A collaboration by several members of the Sims Crafters Discord server. For help and assistance come and see us in the Carnival Finished Projects channel.

This mod consists of objects only, there are no NPCs, social interactions or memories, so it’s chance of corrupting a ‘hood is almost zero. However, as with all new mods, you are strongly advised to create a test lot and a test Sim while you investigate if this mod is for you.

Features mainly media I like or know of and is nostalgic to me. Except for Chaos;Head, I made that just for you Brad <3 The original dimensions were 256x256, but i changed it to 512x512 since some of the images were getting a little crusty. Mesh included.

Publix Deli Uniform for TU-AU

Now your sims can cosplay as Florida's favourite grocery store's stressed out and understaffed employees. Use's @deedee-sims's top only OFB aprons. (Bless you for adding a .psd file for recolourists.) No elders because bodyshop pitched a fit when trying to make for them. AF and TF swatch is backwards ignore that. Mesh included.

All Eyebrow Sets Updated

My biggest gripe with blond eyebrows is how they always blend in with S4 no matter what hair system you use or what skin defaults you use. Grey brows are also darkened because they have this issue too. I updated all of my default eyebrows to reflect this new change. Nondefault brows I recoloured will be uploaded later this year.

Included is Maxis Eyebrows, Poppet Eyebrows, and Io Eyebrows. Download is in bulk, so choose only one set. (I personally use Poppet's.)

And then there was Lucky Shack! 

So far I’ve made over some of Downtown’s restaurants, clubs, and bowling alleys. Each time I try and ensure that each lot serves a particular purpose. To that end, I needed a place for my sims to play cards. Luckily, Downtown ships with such a lot, Lucky Shack Cards and Drink. Unluckily, the lot is pretty lazily thrown together, so I rarely ever used it. That roof was obnoxious, and the structure had weird dimensions and a half executed western theme. It needed a facelift, and I’m quite happy with how I doubled down (pun very much intended) on its rustic aesthetic to create what I am calling a “neighborhood bar” away from the modernity of the rest of Downtown.

Does include some CC, but it is light and, I think, tasteful. Cleaned, and a copy was playtested

I couldn't find anything like this so I had to make it. The doll is based on a model of Bella from TS1, extracted by @deedee-sims - recolors feature vampire countess, evil & good witch, Barbie style dolls and Bella herself, of course.

Division 47 townies from The Sims 2 PSP recreated for The Sims 3

Since I started playing The Sims 3 Strangetown, I noticed there were a few Sims missing that I’d like to have. I recreated the four Division 47 guards; Jane Koch, Clint Heckler, Winnie Chester and Sten Luger. I also made the two Division 47 scientists; Red Sands and Cristian Allard.

Red, Cristian, Winnie and Sten’s everyday outfit is custom content.

I’ve never shared Sims from the sims 3 before. The download includes sims3pack files, which is to be installed via launcher. Let me know if there’s a problem or if I should be sharing differently.

Today's my birthday :D I've queued up a couple uploads for the occasion, here's the first one!

I made some silly and colorful screen recolors for emotive computer-head sims using Jane's recolors of Digi's edit of Biohole's original mesh as the base for these and just changed the screen, please grab the mesh there or from Digi's post and get their recolors if you don't have them already!

The Pink Flamingo Bar, updated for 2024!

Among a lot of little tweaks and upgrades, the biggest changes include more space and functionality. No more backwards bartenders!

...but updated or not, it is still recognizably The Pink Flamingo that locals love.

This new edition of The Pink Flamingo was made in a squeaky clean Pleasantview so you can download safely with minimal Super Duper Hug Bug threat. The original 2018 version may be infected despite my best intentions. I advise to only download this cleaner copy going forward!

Special note: redoing this lot gave me the chance to see how much the original has been downloaded (3000+ times!!!) and I'm just so humbled to learn that this little local bar is a part of so many of your Pleasantviews. Thank you so very much, and I hope everyone continues to enjoy karaoke night on Tuesdays! ;)

I love this accessory by Biohole, and Digi kindly made it AABG for me (and did some cool recolors), so of course I did more recolors! Just 5 for now, but I definitely plan on doing more (the mapping of the screen is kinda wonky, so unfortunately not all images work well). Mesh included, works best with bald hairstyle.

Credits: Biohole for the original mesh, Digi for making it AABG. Charles O'Rear/Microsoft for Bliss. I was unable to find credit for the Glitched Bliss image, but it's available on multiple desktop background sites.

I mentioned in my repost of my old undercut hair retextures that I would probably make more at some point... so here's some for boys! This time though, they're based on my afterglow defaults for BG hairs, so different hair system, and you won't need any extra meshes for these, no matter what version of the game you're running. Details and downloads under the cut!

as a small note, I didn't intentionally name these all 's' words aha, it just worked out that way! this time the inspiration comes from various FRUiTS snaps from the ninties and early naughties, if you spot which ones I used for inspiration, props to you! With the exeption of the skull one, which was inspired by this tutorial from a blogger I used to follow back in the day (when blogs were the thing), so if you wanted it irl... you could do it! ᕙ( •̀ ᗜ •́ )ᕗ
