I didnt have any shots glass and actually never had felt a need for them but then i stumbled over these the other day.

I think these are the only types of shot glasses I want, maybe some historically inspired as well but anyway, im in love with them 😍

And also, look at this dog, its a print but anyway 😂

I dont know what its supposed to say, is it ashamed for being on the sofa and being yelled at? Is it newley awoken? (Awake?) And is it asked to do something it doesnt want to do?

My newest thrift finds!

I am so happy lately of what ive found thrifting! 4 polish mugs, one roof lamp ( a friend of mine had a nicer version of this roof lamp and ive been soo jealous on her of it and now i finally found my own version of it!) Another lamp, a flower pot and a printed painting i just couldnt leave behind!

Just look at it - there is something beautiful and yet so creepy about it! An owl in daytime? Maybe, or just the dark dark eyes looking back at you that somehow have so much soul in them!

Can someone from plantblr please explain why my alocasia zebrina is behaving like this? The leaves and stems are starting to bow down and yellowing at the edges 😭

transported home with paper cover round whole plant

i have not given it any water yet since it was already wet at the store. I havent had the time to wash it off with neem yet.

it lives isolated in the bathroom.

also: should I propagate/divide it allready? Because do you see how tight it is with all the stems?

First time buying alocasia because I know they are hard to take care of but it was cheap and I couldn't resist 😭

Poured out an old bag of seed mix with climbing annuals when my hornbeam hedge died. Look at 'em!

this spring I bought some gladiolus bulbs on sale, the varieties 'Priscilla' and 'Peter pears'

Now when they finally start to bloom they look like this :

I think I got the wring varieties but they are still pretty 😂🤩

Well, this was a surprise!

Forgotten hoya cuttings in a plastic bag with some water - one week later and now there's roots!! Never seen a plant get roots this quickly!

biggest disappointment

Mulberries can in fact not get cooked. My lord how awful they smell as soon as they get heated up. From now om they will only get consumpted directly or dried. We got a lot of mulberries this year though so this batch didnt do much for loss with this batch. If someone can prove me otherwise go ahead.

The peaces though did not disappoint! Decided to try to make a very simple peach ice cream! Boiled about half of them til soft with some lemon zest (thats the outer grated peal layer, right?), pealed the fruit from the pit and boiled away excess water, the other half I just chopped up in small pieces because i thought it might give some structure in the ice cream and then just made a novis ice cream base with whipped cream and condenced milk. mixed all the peach into it with a spoon. I could have eaten it all right there but its resting in the freezer now 😂

two years later:

This year they deliver more than we manage to take care of 😁🤩😍

It ain't much but it's something 🤷‍♀️ The mulberry tree has only been planted for about 4 years or so and was not much more than a thin stick when we got it. I was quite sure it would take ten years or so before we were going to have a taste, but here you are, little berry, tiny fruit. I think it was called 'Black Russian' (edit: found the lable! 'Black Persian' is its name!) or something like that, quite sweet, maybe just a bit too sweet or maybe it was just a bit over ripe 😅

Gladiolus budsssss!!!

Decided to put some of the plants i got for free in that bed (heuchera and lavendula). Might had put the plants too close to eachother if they grow but anyway. The gladiolus started growing as well, never tried those before but they seem easy to cultivate (right word?)

Also sundriven lamps, look how they glow, ignore the street lamp xD

Tried to save this lil feller after the truck driver dont know how to deliver plants without crushing the plants on the top shelf 👍👍,

Some heavy planting pots in the making that will help my patio roof to stay in place 😁

And got 4 Äpplarö outdoor furniture cheap from a restaurant that ive washed off all the colour, now it just need some new colour and oil.

Id really like to get my patio finished this week 😩 its not much to do actually its just - need some order to it 😶

also bought a Gunnön from Ikea but havent put on the roof yet. Found a solar driven light chain (?) On lidl, very satisfied with the result 👍
