TIESA DRĄSA / TRUTH OR DARE by Ema Senkuvienė, Marius Eidrigevičius, Greta Snitkutė x LOW AIR_TREILER LT// Spektaklio esamasis laikas - tai dialogas tarp praeities ir ateities. Gyvenant globalių įvykių ir jų padarinių sūkuryje, galima pamatyti kaip susiduria du kraštutinumai - žmonių istorinė atmintis ir noras atšaukti praeitį bei viską kurti naujai. Praeityje susiformavę įsitikinimai, primestos svetimos tradicijos įsišaknija kartų atmintyje, todėl viešoje erdvėje ir net savo artimiausioje aplinkoje vis dar galima pastebėti okupacinės minties palikimą, nostalgiją laikotarpiui kuomet viskas buvo „po lygiai“. Kita vertus, vis labiau įsigalėdama atšaukimo kultūra (angl. cancel culture), skatina atsisakyti savo identiteto, kuris, nors ir susiformavo netinkamomis sąlygomis praeityje, užaugino mus tokius, kokie esame šiandien. Tokiu būdu šeimos nariai, kaimynai ar tos pačios valstybės piliečiai žengia atskirties ir net susipriešinimo link: lyg žaidime išryškėja riba tarp dviejų varžovų - praeities ir ateities -, kuriose egzistuoja skirtingos tiesos, vertybės ir tikslai. Ar įmanoma laimėti žaidimą, kurio tikslas - savo tiesoje pamatyti netiesą? O gal atsakymas slypi ne kovoje, o dialoge? Žinome tik viena - tokiam ėjimui tikrai prireiks drąsos. „Tiesa-Drąsa“ – tai daugeliui gerai žinomas žaidimas, kurį žaisti yra kviečiamas kiekvienas. Šio žaidimo taisyklės paprastos: išdrįsti pasipriešinti žaidimo-rėžimo taisyklėms ar leisti kitam nuspręsti už tave, kas yra tavo tiesa? Bet ar visados drąsa=tiesa? O gal tiesa >< drąsa? Mes visi esame šio globalaus žaidimo figūrėlės, nuolatos judančios po erdvę tarsi žaidimo lentą tam, kad savo partijos pabaigoje būtume teisingoje pusėje. Or perhaps the answer lies not in combat but in dialogue? We know one thing – such move requires courage! “Truth or Dare” is a well-known game that everyone is invited to play. The rules of this game are simple: dare to resist the rules of a game/regime or let someone else decide for you – what is your truth? But does always dare = truth? Or maybe truth >< dare? We are all pieces in this global game, constantly moving through space as a game board in order to be on the right side at the end of our game. LOW AIR Vilnius city dance theatre - VIENUDU - work in progress / outdoor TREILER 2023 Work-in-progress. What men are we? The dance is primarily about a person's relationship with himself through the relationship with the other or environment. This relationship is our mirror. Among other things, the mirror is often greatly distorted by the entanglements of our identity affected by norms. First of all, it should be straightened out - looking into each other's eyes, holding hands, first of all, exposes us to each other quite a bit, which gives us some opportunity to look at ourselves and others as they really are - and not as imagined. Such a relationship reveals a lot about ourselves if we are sensitive enough to see it. Sensitivity has been identified from the beginning as the essence of the new dance performance by Low Air creators. How we react when we are loved, how we respond when we are tested, what we do when we are teased, how we act, and do we think at all when we just play. In all this, this relation to the other is really a relation to ourselves. The duo very nicely evokes this internal mirror effect through the relationship with other/environment/self. In a straight mirror, you may see that all thoughts, emotions, and actions are the result of our own identity, and we go round and round with it, in the pits of identity tendencies, but this image must first be purified in a straight mirror. For the creators Airidas Gudaitais, Rokis Šaltenis, and Lauryns Žakevičiis, the dance performance is relevant, sensitive, sometimes melancholic, sometimes playful, sometimes chaotic, sometimes deep, and always trying to maintain the sensitivity of the relationship between the two. Two men. In a duet, as if in a dialogue with another, but essentially with oneself, one tries to explore a look at oneself in today's hustle and bustle of stereotypes, norms, and expectations. Šokis yra pirmiausiai apie žmogaus santykį su savim per santykį su kitu/aplinka… Šis santykis yra mūsų veidrodis. Veidrodis be kita ko dažnai būna gerokai iškreiptas mūsų tapatybės pinklių. Tai pirmiausiai reikėtų jį tiesinti - žiūrėjimas vienas kitam į akis, rankos laikymas, pirmiausia mus gerokai apnuogina vienas priešais kita, o tai suteikia šiokią tokią galimybę pažvelgti į save/kitą kaip išties yra - o ne, kaip sugalvota. Toks santykis daug atskleidžia apie mus pačius, jei esame pakankamai jautrūs tai pamatyti (jautrumas nuo pat pradžių įvardintas kaip naujojo Low Air šokio spektaklio esmė): kaip mes reaguojam kai mus myli, kaip mes atsakom kai mus išmėgina, ką mes darom kai mus erzina, kaip mes elgiames ir ar apskritai galvojam, kai tiesiog žaidžiam. Matant visa tai, šis santykis su kitu iš tiesų yra santykis su mumis pačiais. Duetas labai gražiai primena šį vidinio veidrodžio efektą per santykį su kitu/aplinka/savimi. Tiesiame veidrodyje galbūt pamatai, kad visos mintys, emocijos ir veiksmai yra mūsų pačių tapatybės pasėkmė, ir mes su tuo taip ir sukamės ratu, tapatybės tedencijų piklėse, bet šį atvaizdą pirmiausia reikia išgrynint tiesiame veidrodyje. Kūrėjams Airidai Gudaitei, Rokui Šalteniui ir Laurynui Žakevičiui šokio spektaklis yra aktualus, jautrus, kartais melancholiškas, kartais žaismingas, kartais chaotiškas, kartais gilus ir visuomet mėginant išlaikyti jautrumą santykis tarp dviejų. Dviejų vyrų. Duete lyg dialoge su kitu, bet iš esmės su savim pačiu mėginama tyrinėti žvilgsni į save šiandieniniame normų, išankstinių nuomonių ir stereotipų šurmulyje. The painting was complete only after many corrections made at the insistence of Saint Faustina. The ensuing violent and anti-Catholic Soviet occupation of Vilnius (Lithuania) forced the painting into hiding for many years. The painting was finally rediscovered and installed in its permanent home in a beautiful sanctuary in Vilnius in accordance with the last will and testimony of Blessed Michal Sopoćko and instructions left by Saint Faustina.
