“Black holes are the seductive dragons of the universe, outwardly quiescent yet violent at the heart, uncanny, hostile, primeval, emitting a negative radiance that draws all toward them, gobbling up all who come too close. Once having entered the tumultuous orbit of a black hole, nothing can break away from its passionate but fatal embrace. Though cons of teasing play may be granted the doomed, ultimately play turns to prey and all are sucked haplessly―brilliantly aglow, true, but oh so briefly so―into the fire-breathing maw of oblivion. Black holes, which have no memory, are said to contain the earliest memories of the universe, and the most recent, too, while at the same time obliterating all memory by obliterating all its embodiments. Such paradoxes characterize these strange galactic monsters, for whom creation is destruction, death life, chaos order. And darkness illumination: for, as dragons are also called worms, so black hole are known as wormholes, offering a mystical and intimate pathway to the farthest reaches of the cosmos, thus bring light as they consume it.” ― Robert Coover, A Child Again Erin Alexis Augustinian ; Interpol ; celestial { the cosmic consumption }

on the road to ruin;
I haven't been feeling very inspired lately, so I am hoping that'll be fixed soon. I am just so blah in terms of ideas, and roleplaying. I had a few this morning for my Les Mis blog, but ugh -- already gone. Let's hope this is just for now, and not for good. I'll get to threads and stuff when the lack of inspiration sickness goes away. I need muse! Who knows -- maybe I am just done with it all. .__.;

Delicate finger's threaded through dark locks as a thrum of static screeches through her mind ;; teeth clinched. Unimpressed. Traits, ideologies ; they were everywhere. Attracted to her essence like a magnet; echoing the pull she personified. Erin pressed her finger's to her temples ; massaging in small circles. Skin rippling due to the force of her touch -- but the ailment was fogging her vision. A month, the cosmic aether had only been on Earth a month ; each day she ran in one, or two -- all with the same question, but never able to answer her own. Like an incessant buzzing -- tick, tick, tick.
A tremble ;; & a rift in reality as she turns sharply facing the essence. The change is astounding ; calm, despite the silenced scream burning in Erin's lungs. Liquid fire -- ❝ Evening,❞ A beat of silence ; violet and silver mismatched hues taking in the other's appearance. Carved brows furrowing at the sting ; a cold grace to how Erin carried herself loosening as the trait neared closer. ---- & she hated wasting time like this. ❝ What do you want?❞ Ever so blunt.

just one yesterday ; hate
Outstretched limbs reached for the inescapable wind surrounding her form, eyes closed; breathing in the polluted wastes Earth had to offer her. Even in its most natural of forests all Erin could smell was the taint, the lack luster fiber that corrupted what once was called beautiful. The miniature garden of Eden wasn't enough for the cosmic aether -- there was no freedom, not enough space to remove the feeling of suffocation. ❝--how long are you going to follow me then?❞ { anything you say, and will be held against you -- so only say my name! } Mismatched hues darted toward the not so stealthy rustling ;; a mind always hyper aware of its surroundings. Not knowing was weakness. So, knowing too much tended to be a bit more of a comfort. Slowly turning, as if the other was just a little blip on her radar; Erin smiled in a most lax, yet sadistic manner. If he was bringing himself to a point of which parting from the throngs of his independent species, then she'd find indulgence. ❝Don't you think you're a little far from home?❞ Indescribable accent laced lightly through each and every syllable. Erin bit the inside of her cheek idly, waiting for the trait to spill his verbal vomit and explain the reasoning behind his stalker behavior. She'd only been around a month or so, having a tail wasn't ideal -- It was annoying.

hexes ; apathy

Trembling finger's adjusted to the gloves she tugged onto the icy digits. It was far colder than the cosmic aether was used to; let alone feeling the sensation at all. That which was constructed, changed and adapted to the figures that filled the planet leather boots pressed into. Erin -- a name weaved for convenience, for no mouth could properly enunciate the truth to her celestial mass. & a mission ; a method ; precise coordinates led her to this spot. { right back into your skin, by the claws ; you invite me into your veins -- } Fine threads continued to weave as the proximity between Erin and her target was diminishing. He reeked of that aura -- like the finest perfume, stuck; clinging to his very existence-- without any knowledge of the organization in pursuit of the cosmic radio. Knowledge, research ;; all of it came before this moment. Before a gloved hand reached out to grasp dirty marble, leaning on the wall; raising a brow. He was alone, like most times ---- without comfort, console or anyone to ease whatever worries tended to riddle that oddly scruffy exterior of his. Not that she cared, to inflict oneself with the trappings of human emotion was to embrace your cage. This cage, this construct -- was temporary, corporeal. The spirit was fare more treacherous ; only duel colored hues conveyed the supernatural extremity to witch she was placed. -- a soft sigh fell from plush lips. ❝ Apathy, I presume? ❞ There's a beautiful yet not completely place-able accent lacing through Erin's words. Each movement is almost ghost-like, so fluid and without effort that no dancer held any comparison. Graceful. ❝ I was wondering if you could help me with a few things -- ❞ And she only asked nicely once.
