Update Regarding the Fatigue System

Greetings Mercenaries, First of all, we’d like to apologize if you’ve experienced any inconvenience caused by the sudden addition of the new [Fatigue System].

As mentioned previously in our notice, the [Fatigue System] has been implemented to act as an essential element in the various contents to be developed in the future to provide our Mercenaries with higher quality contents, also to act as a countermeasure to sanction any illegal activity, such as reckless mining, within the service. With regard to this, we will share with you the contents-to-be-developed as soon as they are ready.

Furthermore, the Vindictus Team is continuously exploring various ways to reduce the inconvenience our Mercenaries are experiencing since the Fatigue System update.

As one of them, we’ve decided to provide our Mercenaries with [FREE Fatigue Recovery Potions] only for a limited time, as below:

Voice Feature Revamp

Dear Mercenaries, Last year November, we applied new character voices with the new Character Friendship System Update. We prepared the new voices and sounds of characters to not be too variant; however, many of our users responded as it was too awkward to adjust. Receiving continuous feedback from our community that our Mercenaries have been yearning to have the old voices back, we’ve made improvements to the implemented new voices as below. First, we added the option of selecting from Korean/English for the new character voices through the December update. However, additional requests to separate the voices for combat and Character Friendship System was submitted. With consideration, we have worked hard in trying to bring you the 2nd phase of improvement that will allow our Mercenaries to choose voices for their character’s battle and Friendship System separately, which will be coming in the near update of February 25th. See the contents of the 2nd phase in the provided link.

Move based on the dice roll.

The Strange Traveler will give you ingredients for two types of chocolate that you can craft with Expertise.

When you craft them with Expertise and show them to the Strange Traveler, the story is completed.

3rd Redeemers Update: Tempering the Sword

The new Redeemers boss is [Brigid, The Blacksmith of the Gods]. Brigid forged [Fragarach] and witnessed [the first seal]. The hero must face Brigid to learn the truth about [Fragarach] and strengthen their resolve.  In Redeemers, you rely solely on your skill, your allies, and your determination to survive. Test your limits in the 'Tempering the Sword' battle where you'll face a more powerful foe than the prior two Redeemers battles.

Blacksmith Deity Brigid

The third Redeemers boss is Brigid, the blacksmith of the gods. Brigid forged Fragarach and witnessed the first seal. The Hero must visit Brigid to restore Fragarach's power, but Brigid doubts whether the Hero is worthy of Fragarach.

Worthiness: Trial

Brigid will put the Hero through a brutal challenge to determine their worthiness. She unleashes a non-stop chain of attacks with her sword and wings. Her powerful flame attacks, instant teleporting rear attacks, and large wing attacks will put Heroes' skills to the test. But the battle is not impossible to win. Watch Brigid's movements closely to predict her attacks, and you'll be successful.

Worthiness: Tribulation

Once you pass the first challenge, Brigid will begin a second, more difficult challenge. She will equip additional armor and imbue her sword with the heat of the forge. After that, her sword attacks will leave trails of flame behind them. If you are hit by these trails of flame, your battle will become far more difficult. Also, as a blacksmith, Brigid is well versed in the weaknesses of equipment, so her attacks can easily destroy the Hero's armor. When Brigid glows green, your best chance of winning is to avoid her.

Worthiness: Adversity

In the final stage, Brigid unleashes her full might. Brigid fights with both enhanced versions of her prior attacks and new attacks that are more difficult to dodge. And she will occasionally use wide-area attacks that heat up the anvil. In those moments, Heroes must seek the open skies to survive and prove their worth.
