Kim Ryu’s Other World.

Los Angeles based artist Kim Ryu’s characters pervade a surreal landscape in moments of desperate survival or transformation with mystery dripping from every symbolic stroke of paint.  These works of art serve as, according to Ryu, “serve as markers of the modern versus ancient, real versus unreal.”
