Kanthony’s season changed my brain chemistry, but s3 really speaks to me. It says;

Yeah, you could change everything about yourself, learn how to play a part, do what you have to do to fit in, and it might work, but the person you connect with the most will still be the one who sees through your persona, who sees who you really are, who loves who you really are.

Season three is for the losers, the wallflowers, the introverts, the people who are probably autistic.

The way George didn’t want to get married because he believed his madness made him unworthy and unsafe of love and family. The way he tells Charlotte he didn’t want to get married at all. But then he fell in love with her the moment they met and spoke and knew he really had no choice because he had to secure the royal line. Once he'd done that he chose to hide himself away from her because he believed he was keeping her safe. That it’s better for them to be apart because he believes he is a beast. Not only that but because he loves her so desperately he is willing to subject himself to literal torture in the hopes it will make him better and so that he can be worthy of her (in his mind) This then juxtaposed with Charlotte literally going no. No you will not hide yourself away from me because I love you. I love you enough that nothing else matters. She realizes all the walls he put up, all the secrets he kept, all the time he spent away from her was out of love and the desire to keep her safe and protected. She could easily have accepted that. But she didn't. She refused to let him fall on his own sword and instead drags him back to herself. She promises to love him unconditionally and SHE DOES SO. She promises she will stand between the heavens and the earth for him and she fucking does it for his entire life. That is another level of devotion that is so rarely shown in media. True unconditional love in the face of great loss and sorrow and hardship. Because let me tell you slowly losing someone you love so much is a torture all its own but she never abandoned him even when he'd mostly lost his memory of her.

i love that the featheringtons and bridgertons have matching front doors, like

the featheringtons' main colour is green, it's most common in their fashion, their house and the uniforms of their staff, and the bridgertons' main colour is blue as we all know

and yet their doors have reversed colours! perhaps it's a sign of how well matched they can be now their animosity is gone, and represents the closeness between pen and the bridgertons

idk it's just a cute detail that i love and only just properly noticed
