She walked for a long time to get here. her heavy steps finally gave up and she fell on her knees. -- Kiyomi! She straights up and plunge her sword on the soil. Still on her knees, she looks at it with a deep sense of sorrow.

Thorn flies to her shoulders and tries to comfort her.

-- But you have me still, your wife and your friends too- -- It means nothing when I can't do the same for them. -- But you do it and so much more tha- She increased her voice -- I c-

She stops herself. After some moments in silence, She starts humming. Thorn can't quite figure out what song she is thinking

-- Life betrayed me more than once. but I will keep my promise to not give up again.

She stood up and kept walking...

A New year.

Up the Coerthas Highlands, a gravestone stands watch over the Ishgardian capital She comes here every year, to pay respects and talk to a dear friend. perhaps its weird to talk with a grave, but for sure seems to put her mind at ease.

-- You know, your city looks great from here... sighs Many others came and went, friends, enemies, people that I didn't bother with. Nothing will bring any of them back, but I'm glad I met them anyways... i guess most importantly I can't bring you back. You know I suck with these, but what I want to say is happy new year, I really miss our talks.

-- You know he can't hear you sis

Kimiko was leaning on a nearby tree waiting for Kiyomi to be done, they had a new mystery to uncover back in Solution Nine.

-- Shut it, you can go ahead of me anyways. meet you there.

-- Right, see you there then.

Kimiko shrugs, concentrates and teleports away

-- Where was I? well doesn't matter anymore, she broke the mood. Til next time friend, rest well.

And with her hand on the gravestone, like putting a hand on his shoulder she bids farewell. I am sure, wherever he is, he is smiling like he always did.

Hey there! been a while since i last wrote anything. i recently went visit Haurchefant's grave and thought into making this little piece. was totally unplanned but was fitting. This year that has passed I lost some people, said goodbye to others, but also made new friends. ones that i can really say it. I do as well want to wish everyone reading this a happy new year, may 2025 be great!

New Tarot Deck.

This will be a BIG project, so expect this post to be updated with time. the idea its to make all 22 Major Arcana cards while doing a little story in the side. its nothing fancy but should give some context behind all cards, extras will be posted after all of them are finished!

Shrouded in darkness a person approaches.

They have on their hip a deck holder, it looks empty, could the person be an Astrologian?

Their voice echos on Kiyomi's mind, Voices doubled.

???: "We are in need of new cards and you shall help us fulfill our fate, show us the most interesting individuals from this land."

Kiyomi crossed her arms and answered.

Kiyomi: Okay sure but tell me why would I do that again? I literally nev-

Stranger: "Wait."

The stranger spoke this time, their voices now became one.

Its hands are covered in darkness, but Kiyomi could clearly see a card.

???: "One has manifested, 21 to go."

Kiyomi: is that me? how did you? Stranger: The stars revealed this for us. Kiyomi: I already took worst jobs, fine at least ill learn about this "Astrologian" stuff Urianger keeps telling me about Kiyomi and the stranger walk from Limsa to Coerthas, as she was already going to do a delivery from Tataru to Ishgard, Ariving there the stranger stopped and asked a question. Stranger: Kiyomi, have you ever been in the Vault of the Holy See? Kiyomi: Yes, its a pretty big place to get lost in. ???: We see that you already visited the place, another one has manifested itself. Kiyomi: So you are recording my experiences?

???: They might yet happen, they might never happen. 20 more remains, star child. Kiyomi: Excuse me? Stranger: Star child as in the one the stars smile upon. Kiyomi: The weirdest Astrologian I have ever met for sure. Stranger: Those cards are not made by me. but by destiny itself. Kiyomi: Sure sure. the stars aligned, the moon talked, bla bla bla, heard that speech before. Stranger: I am sure you did. Kiyomi don't trust her companion and keeps her weapon ready at all times. But she doesn't sense any ill intent from the stranger, what could it be hiding?

Kiyomi finally finds Lucia, the Lord Commander was not in the room. Lucia: Kiyomi! What do I owe the pleasure of your presence on Ishgard? Kiyomi: Nothing of much trouble this time, just a delivery from Tataru Taru, she asked for me to deliver it personally Lucia: Oh the supplies she sent will be of great surprise for the Lord Commander, but why you had to deliver it? Kiyomi: Making an impression I assume.

Suddenly a card between the supplies manifested, this time was someone Kiyomi don't remember but feels very familiar.

Kiyomi grabs the card before Lucia notices it, says its farewells and return to the stranger with its new card.

Stranger: Oh, already another one. the most unexpected of places to show such potential, lets stay a bit more within the great nation of Ishgard, It still might hold revelations to be found. Kiyomi: Fine by me, but I have somewhere else to be. meet you at sunset. Stranger: Fare thee well. Hours passed, not a single thing looked suspicious, the cards she saw, what are they? She never knew Astrology, but the cards definitely didn't had any of the names she saw until now... Questions without answers, she would get them soon enough.

New Character!

Meet Sashi! the urge to make a new character struck again, so i made one "theme" that i never did before. She's a cutie and innocent fish'ra, havent thought on a surname yet, probably wont have one for a while tbh. but i love her design so much 😊 and im still not done on the characters. just need to nail down what i want design wise

I messed up

Thaisie: Okay, wanna tell us what happened sweetheart? Khloe: I messed up with Kiyomi. Petra: *still munching* Still over that tea? Khloe: Y-Yeah...

Petra: Ah come on now, i was there and u haven't seen she angry yet. Khloe: But I- Thaisie: No "but" you did a mistake and apologized. Knowing Kiyomi she will have forgot that thing even happened. she's a bit harsh in the moment but never hold a grudge.

Thaisie: Trust me we go a long way, and besides. I'm pretty sure its one of the many teas recipies that I prepared for her. So lets do the following, Ill make a new bag and you deliver it. How that sounds? Petra: Oh I'm sure she will like it! Khloe: *wipes her tears* Would you do that for me? Thaisie: Of course sweetheart!

Misunderstanding

Kiyomi: I SWEAR this little punk spilled my tea on purpose! Petra: Ah c'mon now, you can just make another one no? Kiyomi: You know how freaking RARE it is to find the right herbs? Neko: Calm down love, it was an accident, right sis? Khloe: Yeah yeah! I can get more Kiyomi-chan don't need to get aggresive! Kiyomi walks away in a not subtle way Kiyomi: *heavy and deep breathing* 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37, 41...

Khloe: Errr, what she doing? Neko: Counting prime numbers... don't ask, its a way she found to relax.

Heeeyy, a bit different from my usual stories, but being honest thats exactly how Kiyomi would react. there are little things that make her mad, and messing with her tea its one of them. Also made Khloe to be Neko's little sister, i liked the idea on my head, and gives purpose to have another Miqo that looks a bit close to Neko herself ("a bit close" cuze she's a keeper of the moon and have different eye colors, but that its nitpicking) will be "closing" the presentation of the other 3 characters soon-ish need to think on something to write about before comitting to making the poses xD

Kiyomi has found friends along her journey, they decided to spend some time in Sharlayan, as always she brought a book with her.

The Midlander blondie its Angela, she said she its a traveler from another reflection and with no way to go back she'll stay for a while.

The Miqo its Khloe she was working for the Forum before being free from her duties as the mass exodus its no longer happening. She's also Neko's lil sister.

The Elezen Thaisie and her Viera friend Petra are best friends, they said they know eachother since childhood.

Khloe said she also has more people to introduce to Kiyomi, she answered with a shy "maybe another time", in part for her shyness to meet new people and also the place was getting crowded enough already.

Journey's End (Spoilers)

This game. it made me emotional more than 10 times already, it made me laugh, it made me contemplate stuff i never thought i would from a video game. (im not talking about Endwalker itself btw)

But this. This was a moment that i was imagining for the past year and a half, and the best thing: no one spoiled it for me.

I imagined the fight with Zenos again, in my mind would be a single cutscene, but even in it Tab-targeting limiting factor it still was amazing to do. and the MGS4 hand to hand? jeez what a sight.
