Orion, in greek mythology was a very handsome and capable hunter who was a very close companion of the Greek goddess Artemis, who is the goddess of hunt and the Moon.

In one telling of his story, he was tricked into being murdered by Apollo, (Artemis' brother) who grew jealous of their close bond, shaken by grief, Artemis, immortalised Orion as a constellation.

In another telling, Orion was adamant that there wasn't any beast he couldn't hunt/tame, but he ultimately was killed by a large scorpion. [ direct correlation to his adamance of jimmy being someone he can 'tame' i.e keep in check ]

Orions constellation includes his belt, a three-starred pattern in a perfect row.

In some Polynesian cultures, Orion's belt is seen as a fishing line, and Rigel as a fish.

end thoughts: i totally just fucking read into it coz it was interesting, coz I've heard they actually made anya's surname 'Noname' so like I don't think much consideration went into this either. lmao.
