The Puppet.
(Read Alvarez’s and Laphirate’s story first!)
(Also most of these won’t have any tws since I’m simplifying, but I don’t think I can for this one so TW FOR TORTURE)
Also, I gotta explain something before we start: in that small margin of time where Laphirate let go of fate, the timeline split into two parts. One where Alvarez co-manages fate and forms a healthy/fun relationship with Aino where they look like this:
And the other where…well, that wasn’t quite the case.
“I’m sorry, Laphi. You can rest now, I can take care of things from here.”
“…”
Alvarez found themself unable to say a word. They knew Aino was ready to change and actually do their job, but…
They had this strange feeling. Like something was wrong.
But what were they to do? They didn’t know how to help Aino, and they doubted Aino even wanted them there in the first place.
So, they left.
Alvarez didn’t know where they were going, nor what they would do. It didn’t really matter. They just needed some time to walk and clear their head.
What a foolish mistake.
All of a sudden, this sense of dread filled the air. Alvarez knew exactly who it was. In that instant, they ran. They ran as fast as their legs could possibly carry them.
But of course, they were caught.
Her nails sunk deep into their skin, causing a kind of pain they were all too familiar with. But more than pain, it brought them fear. A deep sense of terror and fright ran through their blood as they desperately tried to fight against the demon holding them hostage.
Her sharp nail slit their throat and a waterfall of blood erupted from the wound.
“I don’t recall giving you permission to move.”
Her voice slithered around Alvarez’s mind, clouding their thoughts.
They didn’t even realize that the starry sky had been engulfed in darkness.
“Hehe…look at you, trying to scream and get away…it’s so pitiful it’s amusing!”
“I wonder how long it will take for me to shatter you again.”
Alvarez attempted to stand, but their legs were broken the instant they tried. They fell to the ground, trying to scream and squirm away again, but that only resulted in Virgroxaan breaking their neck. Anytime they tried to do anything, Virgo broke their body so that it was useless.
Eventually…
There was nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
Not even a breath was taken.
But they were still completely conscious, and fear still clouded their mind.
“Hehe…good. Now, stay juuust like that…this won’t hurt if you don’t move.”
Alvarez didn’t do as much as move a muscle while the thin string dug into their skin. They could feel it, sure. But…it didn’t hurt. Not at all.
Eventually, the final string wrapped around their neck, being loose enough as to not choke them but not enough to remove.
“Good. Good puppet. Haha…this will be very…very interesting…hehe…” Virgroxaan chuckled to herself, eventually turning her attention right back to Alvarez. “Now, stand up.”
…
Alvarez’s limbs shook as they tried to move, but they found themself unable to.
Until the strings got tighter.
“I said stand up.”
The pain was unbearable. The strings just got tighter and tighter, especially the one around their neck. They tried to scream, but it only made the pain worse.
Slowly, they stood up. Their limbs shook and it felt as though they would fall back down—
but there was no pain.
Alvarez felt…confused. They were relieved there was no pain, but their limbs still shook and they felt…dizzy. Very…very dizzy.
“Good. Excellent.” Virgo’s voice broke them from their trance. “This little experiment is going better than I expected. But I believe that’s enough for now. I have to make some…adjustments to your appearance, after all.”
Virgroxaan clapped her hands together, and Alvarez fell to the floor, instantly knocking them unconscious.
____________________________________________
Soon enough, Alvarez had lost all of their will. They became nothing more than a husk of their old self. They no longer had a mind of their own. Perhaps Virgo destroyed it, or perhaps it was buried too deep down. Regardless, this state of being made them easy to control. Easy for Virgo to manipulate like a puppet on a string. Anything she requested? They would do. Anything she wanted? They would fulfill. No matter the request, Alvarez would do it…
…but they no longer had that name.
That, too, was stripped from them.
Hello! This was really fun to write! Hope you enjoyed reading! This was mostly based on the song “Puppet Boy” by DEVOvision, but also because one day I was like “how can I make Alvie suffer even more?” and this was the result!
(I should also specify, the line was a timeskip. I didn’t want this to be too long.)
Anyways live laugh Alvarez❤️

Laphirate, The Watcher of Fate
(Please read The Disappearance of Alvarez before this!)
Laphirate is the only being that knows exactly who Virgroxaan is and what her intentions are. She also knows that she is Virgo’s top target.
Laphriate is another part of The Creator. She was tasked with managing fate. Fate is what holds every world together. Without it, reality would fall into chaos. It is her duty to make sure that is never the case. However, that means she can never interact with the outside world…
Unless someone were to take her place.
This is Aino, the creator of worlds (made by kira-does-art-sometimes)
When/if Laphirate needs to attend to something, Aino is the one who steps in and manages fate.
…Well, that used to be the case.
One day, Aino became extremely burnt out from their job of creating worlds and helping Laphirate when she needs it. They just wanted to rest. Just a moment where they can lie down and enjoy a peaceful sunny day.
“Why don’t you?” A voice questioned.
Although Aino had never heard this voice before, it sounded…familiar, somehow.
“You can take a small break. Everything will be okay. Come on, I’m sure Laphirate won’t mind.”
So, Aino pitched the idea to Laphirate, and she responded by saying “as long as you don’t take too long, I don’t see any reason why you cannot.”
…
Thousands of years later, they still did not return.
Virgroxaan took this opportunity to break Laphirate as much as possible, by first breaking something, or rather, someone that she held dear.
Alvarez.
Laphirate was forced to watch as Virgroxaan tore them apart. Broke them down. Destroyed their soul until.
Eventually, Laphirate couldn’t take it anymore.
In an instant, fate was broken.
If Laphirate hadn’t responded quickly, the universe would have been eradicated. And she could never let that happen.
…
Even if it required sacrifice.
Laphirate sacrificed part of herself to save fate. That is what caused her to spiral.
She found herself sacrificing more and more of her being in a desperate attempt to keep fate afloat. She felt Virgo’s voice getting to her head. Telling her to let go. To rest.
To fall.
And one day, she did.
…
Laphirate fell, but she did not hit the ground.
She was caught by Aino, the very person who caused her spiral.
“I’m sorry, Laphi. You can rest now, I can take care of things from here.”
“Don’t you mean we can take care of things from here?”
Another voice called out from behind them. It belonged to Alvarez.

(Made this with the power of friendship ft. asterixtheglitterguy)
“What? I don’t trust you with doing this alone! You’ll probably fall asleep on the job or something!”
“Mmm…fair point. Do what you want, pipsqueak.”
“Haha! Don’t worry Laphi, I won’t let you down!”
“Do you even know what you’re doing?”
“Not at all!”
So of course, Laphirate took the opportunity to rest and recover. She would return as soon as she felt ready to do so. She had quite a lot of faith in Alvarez and Aino, despite their flaws.
…
She just hoped they wouldn’t cause too much destruction in her absence.
Ok so once again I am writing this at 2 am so apologies if the quality isn’t great. I’m gonna be simplifying a lot of these stories (with one exception), but all of them will be really fun!
Thanks for reading! Have a great rest of your day!

The Disappearance of Alvarez
Alvarez was known and respected by many. They had a strong appreciation for life and everything it had to offer. Their one aspiration was to see humanity and life prosper into something beautiful. Although they were mistreated quite a bit, Alvarez never really let that get to them and always wore a smile on their face.
…at first.
Well, yes. Alvarez always had a smile on their face. But over time, they were treated worse and worse by humans. It got to a point Alvarez walked for hours on end just to find a quiet, dark place to cry for…what may as well have been the first time.
As they cried into their cloak, they heard a voice from the shadows.
“Tell me, what is your wish?”
Alvarez attempted to stop their sobbing and act as they would on any other day, but the voice only laughed at this failure of a deception.
“I can see right through your little act. You’re burnt out, kid. Why not take a small break? You deserve it, don’t you?”
A hand reached out to them from the shadows.
Maybe it was their desperation that caused them to reach out. Maybe it was their sorrow. Maybe it was because they had lost the ability to care.
Alvarez took Virgroxaan’s hand.
In an instant, they were transported to a completely new world. One where they were respected, loved, and even worshipped (although they had no desire to be worshipped). There, Alvarez got exactly what they desired. And of course, they were happier than ever.
Once they were truly and completely happy…
Everything had been taken from them.
They were exposed to an unbearable amount of suffering and torture.
Every second the pain only grew worse and worse. Every time they thought to themselves “it can’t get worse than this,” it got even worse. And through it all, the white haired woman with blue, spiraling eyes cackled at their anguish.
Only when she had broken their spirit did she let them go.
Laphirate was the first to greet them. She reassured them that it was only a nightmare and that the people were waiting for their return. In fact, in that short time, everyone realized how much they needed Alvarez. They recovered, readjusted into society, and were truly at peace once more.
…
If only it was so simple.
It didn’t take long for Virgroxaan to shatter Alvarez’s spirit once more. But of course, that wasn’t what she was looking for this time around. That time, she wanted to…persuade them. She convinced them that the reality they saw would never be possible, since everyone willingly abandoned them. In fact, they wanted Alvarez to suffer. And they deserved it. They deserved all of it.
Alvarez never questioned what they did to deserve such cruelty, but the question still haunts them.
This cycle repeated again and again. They were given paradise, they achieved harmony, and then it was all taken from them. Even though it’s been centuries since the incident, Alvarez never truly recovered. Even today, they’re still convinced it’s all just a lie and they’ll return to cruelty once again. The slightest bit of touch terrifies them to their core and they push everyone and everything away in fear that she will just take advantage of it and break them more. They’ve changed in almost every aspect, as well. Physically, mentally, and emotionally, Alvarez has transformed into somebody else entirely. They’ve become rude, selfish, destructive…but most of all, they’re scared. They’re so fucking scared of having to go through something like that again. Never…again…
Hello! This is a bit of a simplified version of Alvie’s backstory, but thanks for reading! I could go into detail about exactly what Virgo did to them, but I didn’t wanna make this too long + didn’t wanna make anyone uncomfortable (also it’s 2 am when I’m writing this so I’m veeery tired and this probs isn’t my best writing quality, but E H-), but know it’s enough to make a very stable individual DEATHLY afraid of touch. So yeah, that’s Alvarez for y’all! Surely this is the last time Virgroxaan did something HORRIBLE to scar them for the rest of their immortal life!
…
…right?

Hello! This is a blog I made for Virgroxaan, mostly to explain what she has done to my oc-verse. But first, I’ll explain who and what she is!
A long, long time ago, the creator of the universe split itself into three(?) parts. However, there was one part that was not acknowledged, that being Virgroxaan, the creator of many titles. Corruption, demons, chaos, curses, the list goes on and on. She is the cause of all evils, and her only ambition is to plunge the world into despair and have fun doing it. For thousands of years, she has been slowly inching towards this goal. And yet, none have truly stood in her way. If they do, she can just corrupt them with her touch.
But what is corruption, you may ask? Basically, corruption is what drives people to madness, brings them to despair, and it can even turn people into demons. It feeds off of regret, agony, desire, and any other negativities. The more of that you harbor in your soul, the easier you’ll be corrupted. Demons can be anything, really, as long as it had a soul that was completely consumed by corruption. (Although, there are some…strange exceptions to this, but I’ll get to those another time. Probably.)
Although Virgo’s weakness is unknown, there are ways to reverse, slow, and stop corruption. It’s not easy though, and many have failed in doing so and only furthered their descent to madness. (This will also be discussed in the future)
So yeah! That’s about all you need to know about Virgo for now! Of course, there’s much…much more to her, and all of that will be discussed here! We have plenty of time, and I have plenty to talk about!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I’m happy to respond to any of them, and I might even attach a little doodle! Thanks for reading, and have a great rest of your day!
Here’s some drawings I did of her a while back, but there will be plenty more in the future!
