Not you. You're autistic. You require routine and boundaries in order to thrive and be healthy. Yes, change will happen and it's important to have a healthy relationship with that possibility. But you do not push yourself. Existing is difficult enough. This one is not for you.

The latest research shows that there's a large overlap between autism and ADHD. When someone has both but has only been diagnosed with one it can make this very confusing.

Neurotypicals determined what good communication looked like then deemed anyone who didn't communicate like them as poor at communication.

It really irks me because I'm good at communicating provided I'm allowed to communicate in the way that's most comfortable to me.
