If you come out as being transgender. When you come out. You are inviting other people in. And that is a privilege. Even if you find that not everybody treats it that way. They really should.

And how they react tells you more about them. Than it tells you about yourself. So please keep that in mind.

Your process of self-disclosure is not about anyone else or their feelings. It is about your own personal growth.
