i used to call my best friend almost every night before bed + update her on my shifting journey. she was a staunch nonbeliever and would tease me (lovingly) very often. until one day, she was meditating in p.e. class, and she started daydreaming about her favorite movie. and suddenly ??? she was there ???

she called me freaking out as soon as class let out and recounted the fifteen minutes that she traversed this fantasy world. she thought she fell asleep until she came back to consciousness (on the floor) (in p.e. class) and barely a minute had elapsed. you can't enter rem sleep that fast.

she did not believe. she did not have a script. she was not alone or asleep or affirming or doing reality checks. and yet, she had this incredible experience, that i believe to this day was a successful shift.

just because you are a god…doesn’t mean you are not human.

something i have seen quite often on this site whether that is in asks or just in general is that we learn that we are gods of our reality and after that fact we treat ourselves differently. more harsher, more colder.

just because we are gods, doesnt mean we are immune to feeling bad. you can still be god and feel hurt, upset & frustrated— those emotions dont make you appear ‘less than’ a god. it just shows that you are still human.

please treat yourselves as you would a friend— please treat yourself kinder, more lovingly, please live for the present and find the beauty in your daily life. you don’t need to hold out on yourself because you’re currently manifesting something.

just because you have made a mistake or reacted to the 3D or whatever it is you have done, it doesn’t make you a bad manifestor it doesn’t make you less than a god and i really hope you understand that.

this mindset that you have to demonise yourself or treat yourself colder because you’ve made a mistake is something you should try to abandon. its not worth your mental health.

you’re doing your best and thats all that really matters. so it take it one step at a time— there is no rush, there is no deadline. there is nothing to compete for. so let your feelings pass, they are only temporary. it’ll all be okay.

everyday i thank myself for not giving up on shifting because i’ve been doing this shit for five years and it took me until like a couple days ago to do it the first time. so to the people who’ve been trying for years: I GET YOU!!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!! IN FACT YOU WILL!!!!!

manifestation success story: how I accidentally manifested meeting Yeosang and Yunho from ATEEZ

a bit of backstory:

my sister really likes Ateez and because of her I think I went to 2 or 3 concerts of theirs, when they had their last concert in the UK in January we also went to see them. my sister got a little bit of after concert depression and started looking at their next concert dates, specifically their concert in Denmark and also looked up plane tickets for some reason and they were extremely cheap, like around £30 for a return flight

so she convinced me to go to Denmark in February to see them again. I accepted because I wanted to be a good sister even though I was a bit scared traveling alone for the first time

after arriving I was a bit anxious at the beginning, but seeing how beautiful and safe Copenhagen was, I calmed down. I’m not a big fan of Ateez but started thinking “hmm I paid so much money for their concerts, it would be nice to actually meet them face to face randomly, not a bought meeting”; I didn’t actively manifest meeting them, but my mind was constantly like “I’m so good at manifesting I’m actually not surprised if I’ll see them around here. I’m not dying to see them but I know my sister will be happy, so actually I wouldn’t mind if it happened”

anyway, we arrived 2 days before the concert and decided we find something to do in Copenhagen before the concert. since I got into deity work, I said I wanna visit an Egyptian museum; we found two museums we decided to visit the next day: one that has artifacts from all over the world and one with Egyptian/Greek artifacts and statues. we went to the first museum with artifacts from all over the world first since it closed early at around 2-3 p.m.; after finishing we decided to buy something to drink and eat while walking to the next museum. we got there and had some issues with the tickets so we went to the reception for some help

after all of this we enter the museum; we’re at the top of the stairs leading to the lobby and we try to figure which door to enter first. I look at my left and see a few people talking, ready to leave (talk about divine timing lol); I initially don’t mind them and try to take my coat off. my sister wanted to go ahead but I stopped and looked at the guy who had his back turned to me. I thought his back looked handsome (weird ik) so I pretended I was putting my clothes in place waiting for him to turn around to see how he looks like

he turns around and I’m hit with a weird feeling. I don’t know how to describe it, he was handsome but for some reason that fact didn’t impress me (?) because my brain started screaming at me but I had no idea for what. he looked familiar but also unfamiliar. I look at my sister and signed her to stop from walking ahead. I look at the group again: this blond-ish guy that didn’t look Danish but also not Asian (at the time), two other Asian guys and an European girl. I looked at the red haired Asian guy and I got starstruck: it was Yeosang from Ateez

I look at my sister and she saw how shocked I was. before I could ask her if those guys were who I thought they were, she gasps realizing who really was next to us. I didn’t manage to say anything as she springs towards their manager to ask for permission for an autograph. I went closer and saw all those people were Yeosang and Yunho with a manager and they were giving an autograph to a girl

the manager apologized saying they couldn’t give autographs because they were in a rush but we can still talk until they’re done with the girl. we all say “hi” to each other and Yeosang also added a “nice to meet you!” and they both waved at us in that “idol style” lol; both looked a bit lost but still smiled a bit

we thanked them and they all exited the museum. for like 10 minutes I couldn’t focus on anything because I was so shocked that “wow, this reality happened” then I went on my merry way to look for some statues of Anubis and Aphrodite to enjoy

anyway it was such an experience to see them in real life; as I said Yunho looks very different (at least to me) in real life than he looks in photos - his features are not as sharp and his eyes are so big and round, that’s why I couldn’t tell he was asian at first. and Yeosang? he is 10 times more beautiful in real life than photos, he genuinely didn’t look real. they were both very tall and lean and had amazing skin and features (sorry if it sounds weird, but these details stuck with me)

so yeahhh this happened. gotta be one of my favorite manifestations even though I didn’t see my favorite members (since I didn’t actively manifest for this meeting), I was like "I kinda wanna meet Ateez, but eh I'm not THAT interested it's whatever, I'm more interested in getting some good food and coffee from 7eleven since we don’t have those in the UK" and I think this is the reason why the meeting was kind "wonky" (not meeting my fav members and not getting an autograph) but at the end of the day it still happened and I’m still happy and grateful

I was already so used to the routine that I had in my fame dr; waking up in the morning in a mansion, going for dance and singing practice, eating whatever I want ( because I scripted that there's no such thing as "bad" foods) to flying in a private jet, endless vacations, performing at the Grammy's!!!! And in concerts.

I can't explain the feeling I felt after experiencing all that high only to come back to where I'm just a normal student. After I woke up I expected it to be 2-3days after the night I attempted to shift. But it was only 10hrs. It's weird 10 months there 10 hrs here. When I woke up I stared at the wall for an hour plus because even after I've shifted before this was the 1st time it actually hit that I was in another reality doing what I didn't have a chance to do here. And how powerful we are to be able to literally travel the universe, like it's honestly fucking amazing!!

But still in a weird way I won't complain, because if it wasn't for this reality I wouldn't have even discovered shifting in the first place.

After expanding the original post to be far longer than intended (courtesy of me forgetting a break), I received some assistance from the ever so wonderful @sheeezu whom took time out to dig around in the trash, a.k.a @/CuttingCherub's follower list. On a lighter note, I began donating $5 to trans charities for each terf comment/ask I saw, in the name of the account spreading the hate. So far, the terfs of Shiftblr have raised $60 USD for Trans Lifeline! 🤗 So! Either they get the picture and go back into hiding, or they continue to help trans people in the way that arguably matters most in this world. ೃ⁀➷ So what exactly are we shifting anyway?

A lot of people, when explaining shifting, get the concepts of our BRAIN, SUBCONSCIOUS, CONSCIOUSNESS and AWARENESS all mixed up. Here's a little field guide:

1) Your BRAIN isn't universal. Depending on the reality and the extent of changes in your script, your brain will be a little different in each DR. You know that Marina & the Diamonds song that goes “I am not my body, not my mind or my brain Not my thoughts or feelings, I am not my DNA”? Funnily enough, that explains it pretty well. None of these things are set in stone for shifters.

2) Your SUBCONSCIOUS is the part of your mind which ensures that you end up in the right reality. This is how we can peacefully shift without having to worry about scripting every little detail; your subconscious is not a genie in a bottle, it doesn't work against you. Shifters often use “Your subconscious/The universe already knows what you want” interchangeably. This concept is also often referred to as 'intention'.

3) Your CONSCIOUSNESS is omnipresent throughout the multiverse. This is where a lot of shifters get confused — no, your consciousness is not what you are shifting. It is always present in every single one of your DR selves, no matter which reality you are currently in. When you shift to your DR, you will notice that you have been conscious in this reality all along, you just weren't aware of it before.

4) And finally, your AWARENESS. This is the part of yourself that can be shifted from one reality to another. Your awareness is not universal, it is always focused on one reality at a time.

A Bit About Me: Like I mentioned, I'm simply an adventurer who works by doing commissions. I was born and raised in Mondstadt in a quite wealthy family, so I was able to live a comfortable and privileged life. I was able to go study at the Sumeru Akademiya, in the Spantamad Darshan, initially with the intention of doing my life there, but went back to Mondstadt after graduating, since I essentially hated the toxic environment there (and also because I missed Mondstadt). Nowadays, besides working, I live by hanging out with my friends at taverns at night, indulging in my artistic hobbies (which includes songwriting) and just spending time in the comfort of my home. Yeah I basically scripted myself as kind of a side character, I want some action in my life but I don't want it to be overdramatic.
