stop believing that you ran out of time to shape yourself into who you want to be! stop believing that its ruined! stop believing you don’t have potential! you are not a fixed being! you have endless opportunities to grow.
Any problem or discomfort you are experiencing now, once started as a mere habit of though. The more you thought about it, the stronger your feelings got and after several cycles of that it started to manifest in small ways, and because you didn’t know to redirect your attention to something you did want to create, something manifested that you really didn’t like. Now because of your continued focus and the great presence of this problem, it’s become a source of great discomfort for you.
As many others would, you will continue to focus on the problem, while seemingly *asking* for a solution. But the universe doesn’t work that way. You can’t focus on the way something is and feel bad about it, and still see it change to something more pleasing. Even if you manage to get that situation under control, through some form of action, another similar feeling situation will arise— unless your feelings about the situation change and you are able to discontinue all thoughts about the problem (this means no talking, complaining, retelling, justifying or worrying).
No matter your intention, if you are focused on something you are attracting it. This means if you are focused on the lack of something, you will continue to attract a lack of it. If you are focused on something you don’t want, you are still attracting it. This can be hard to accept at first, but it’s the only way to take control of your own life.
