Skeena Valley Farmers' Market - Olan
Amy and Brenda sell a very impressive assortment of preserves as well as a large selection of textile products. They make their preserves using as much local produce as possible and no pectin and are slow cooked “the good old fashioned way”. Amy, a self-taught graphic design artist, does all the art for the preserves which really make them stand out. They also sell hats, purses, ties, and coffee cup sleeves. As much as possible they use recycled material that they either salvage from second-hand stores or have donated. They have been with the Skeena Valley Farmers’ Market for 11 years now and also sell their products at craft fairs and sidewalkers.

Skeena Valley Farmers' Market - Elaurica
What started out as a fundraiser to get the cast Perfect Pie to Kamloops for a provincial theater competition became a popular baked goods booth at the Skeena Valley Farmers’ Market. Laura and Erica, or together – Elaurica, bake together during the week, making a large assortment of delicious treats to sell at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday. These ladies offer a large variety of treats including brownies, tarts, and cookies. Unfortunately, by the time we made it to their booth on Saturday they had run out of their very popular pumpkin spice cookies. In addition to baked goods, Laura makes and sells a variety of fun little crafts.
