The part of corru.observer that fucks me up the most isn’t the horrific tragedy of the collapse but what happened afterwards from the humans’ perspective. Like the Obesk just kind of pulled away and went radio silent after their embassy randomly melted one day, and nobody truly knew why. Like Moth said people thought humans and obesk were going to explore the stars together, but they could hardly even come to understand eachother before everything came crashing down. And now all people can do is hope the FBX finds something that can fix the relationship between the two species. And imagine being a young person in the present day and knowing that kickass aliens with space-age technology were working with humanity a few decades ago and up and vanished before you were even born. I would be SO PISSED.
