Touch-Starved, Ghazal poem

I feel so disconnected in this world that doesn't touch me I don't know if it's rejected but my brain screams, "touch me."

I don't know when touch is allowed but I don't get enough and I don't know when it is accepted but please touch me.

I talk to people, sometimes I wish it was simpler like I could get injected and not need you to touch me.

Touch has never been a fundamental need in my mind  But I'd feel less dejected if people would touch me,

Even among people, I feel alone and I hate how I'm so disconnected that I just need you to touch me.
