You're feeling better because of your regime. Because of the time & effort you have put into treatment. Don't set yourself up for a relapse by skipping.

Reminder that “processing trauma” doesn’t just mean “talk about the traumatic shit that happened to you” (especially if you aren’t ready to do that yet). It also means:
Giving yourself time, safety, and rest. Letting your brain learn how to feel safe again by giving it a safe place to rest and recover. Rediscovering the feeling of peace is a fundamental part of recovery.
Examining your day-to-day feelings. (Not just your feelings about what happened in the past, but the way you feel just in general, day-to-day.) Observing and understanding your present emotions, the things you are struggling with, the things that are getting easier, recognizing the good, the bad, and the gray.
Identifying triggers and brainstorming ways to avoid them.
Identifying goals, concrete or otherwise. (E.g. my goal is to have more good days this month than last month, to have fewer days spent in bed, to have fewer moments of panic, to be a little happier and feel a little more safe.)
Mapping progress
Talking about your fears & negative feelings is important. But you can start by talking about your desires & hopes for the future. In therapy, you get to choose what to talk about, and how far the conversation goes.
Reminding yourself that you are working to overcome obstacles specifically because there are good things waiting ahead.
Recovery is a journey, and everyone carves a slightly different path. You don’t have to follow step-by-step instructions, as long as you learn how to keep moving forward.

I was reading It this morning and at a certain point Eddie admits to being ticklish and Richie confirms it saying something along the lines of ‘yeah very ticklish’ and I immediately thought ‘wait how does he know that if the other losers don’t’ and now I can’t stop picturing Richie and Eddie laying in Eddie’s bedroom, Richie tickling him and Eddie just laughing so loud and freely Richie just,, stops and looks at him lovestruck for a while

instead of calling an ‘evil’ character a psychopath, sociopath, psychotic, narcissistic  or etc. use any of these words instead:
self-centered 
violent
manipulative
remorseless
wicked
cunning
mean
abusive
dangerous
corrupt
morally corrupt
insensitive
bully
foul
vile
cruel
aggressive
threatening
brutal 
vicious
rampaging
out of control
because there are so many ways to describe someone as ‘bad’ than by assigning them a misunderstood, demonised personality disorder and if i see anyone using personality disorders as substitutes for evil then you’re getting blocked plain and simple.

So let’s talk about comparing OCs to other characters, If the verbal intention is there, that’s fine. If there isnt, and saying something like “Oh this character looks like ___!” Is, at least in my opinion, The BIGGEST demoralizers for someone to draw those characters. Especially if it snowballs, or just gets constantly spammed. Its not fun at all to do anything with those characters anymore. Its why I havent done anything with Chie and Gelo in ages Chie was constantly compared to Isabelle Gelo with SCP-999 Kevin to Wii Fit Trainer And even older character designs Robo-Cy/Lassuli to Megaman Azuri to Evie The Twins to Steven Universe Gems Grape to Seabunnies from Aphmau and also why Cyana’s design and story got constantly updated to be what she is now.  It’s exhausting.
