I'm so ready to stop being a k-pop fan right now, it's not even funny. I literally hate a lot of the fans.

With this recent surge of hate towards Lisa, it's really made me see how a lot of fandoms are just disgustingly racist and very misogynistic. Lisa became a k-pop idol because it was her dream. Once she finally debuts, she gets a wave of hate from Korean fans because she's Thai. Now that the members are doing solo work, the hate towards Lisa has become absolutely unbelievable.

Mind you, Lisa has not had one crazy scandal since becoming an idol. Unless you wanna call the Crazy Horse performance a scandal (which was just another example of misogyny). Other than that, they just hate her for no reason. If it was truly just hate because they don't like her album, then okay. However, it's just not that. Lisa is dealing with extreme xenophobia, being slut shamed, racism and jealousy. Lisa has worked so hard to be in the position she's now in.

A lot of the hate is clearly because people are extremely jealous. Koreans are mad because she's become such a huge star, & think she doesn't deserve these things because she's Thai.

The JROTC claim to hate Lisa & BLACKPINK so much, but they spend every single day talking about them on any & every social media platform. How does that make sense? Do they not realize that this makes them look super OBSESSED? I pay zero attention to groups or artists I don't like. However the JROTC makes hating BLACKPINK their entire personality. What's even sadder, is that a lot of these people pushing this negativity are like 40+. I feel confident in saying that a lot of this, is likely being orchestrated by Hybe (go look at the leaked documents from their audit). Which I feel like they should definitely take action and sue.

However, why can't we just ignore the idols we may not like, and just support the ones you do? Like, why is this so hard to grasp for people?

Anyway, I'm always gonna support my girls. Since the haters & anti's don't seem to understand, that in the USA, there's no such thing as bad press. So, the more they talk about BLACKPINK, the more opportunities will come their way. Mainly because people in Hollywood know it'll get people talking.
