Production Assistance
For this project, I was working with the third years for two weeks and I was tasked to create some of the music for the game, which included the boss battle theme and the area before the boss. However, I only managed to get the boss battle theme done since I struggled with creating something good for the area theme. Since the battle takes place in a Cathedral, I thought a symphonic metal kinda track would be the best for it.

Walking Simulator Project:
https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_kv6SvNI=/
My main role for this project was to do the soundtrack, sound design and some modeling.
I wrote the songs for the concept art, however, the rooms have been changed quite a lot from the original concepts so my songs don’t fit that well anymore and due to lack of time, I can’t change them now. For the gameplay video, songs 2 and 3 have been switched to fit the rooms better.
Finished Room:
Concept:
Song 1: Our first area is just a simple room, so I thought something ambient would fit the room nicely. I used synth pads to make the song more ambient, I added some cellos for the bass and used a glockenspiel for the melody.
Finished room:
Concept:
Song 2: The song starts with a piano and some synth pads for the ambiance and it repeats throughout the whole song in the background. Then I added some cellos in there to act as a bass. I doubled the cellos and panned it to the left and right to make it sound fuller. The melody is on piano and glockenspiel.
Finished room:
Concept:
Song 3: This song was originally written for a garden, but there were some problems and we had to change it to a lab, but I didn’t have time to write another song so we had to stick with this one. For the melody, I used a piano and added some reverb to it to make it sound more ambient and spacey. I have a repeating pattern in the background that is played on a harp and a piano. I also added some glockenspiel for the higher notes to fill it out a bit more.

For this task, I decided to recreate the iconic line ‘how cute’ from Kaguya-sama: Love is War. The rig is a free rig I got from the internet.
