me, lying awake at night: john egbert hated himself. like, he really fucking detested himself. he fucking. wrote all kinds of awful insults on his walls in his sleep and his brain supressed them so bad he didnt even SEE them. he has like. a bajillion unresolved emotional issues but no one seems to talk about them, in canon and in the fandom. everyone is content to paint him as some silly jokester when he’s a) one of, if not THE MOST powerful character and b) horribly depressed. like, he barely left his house in that (admittedly non canonical(?)) snapchat epilogue thingy. he has a really deep and intruiguing character but everyone ignores it and idk why and it makes me.. smad

hello everyone. life update? LIFE UPDATE. for those who wanna figure out what i’ve been doing for god knows how long, i’ll include it below the cut. if you don’t i still want to wish you a lovely day

hi there. yes, it’s me. nathan.for the past few months. i’ve been taking therapy and meds and just. everything that might help. yoga does something sometimes. but recently i’ve had to go cold turkey and start new meds which sucks because the feelings i get are gross. like. yeah. autism and anxiety suck sometimes when it comes to the feelings you get at certain times, but they’ve been getting?? worse?! i’ve been on and off here. especially since i just get links to the site sometimes and like the link that is sent, or instances right now where i see too many RELATABLEtm things so i reblog the shit out of them. 

i’ve been applying for a few jobs so this might even distract more, especially with the personal things currently going on. i’m sorry if i don’t get to you right away when you message. i’m sorry if i don’t ever message first. it’s so hard to do when life gives you shit and you feel like isolating yourself from all but one or two people is the option. 

the birds are fine. i still love on them every day. i’m alive, no worries everyone. 

my idleness is weird, i know, but. sometimes one needs a break.
