i agree with your take! like i feel like the ones like billy and charlie know the logistics of it but have only been in like one, at BEST. but i also feel like stu macher only learned the right way to punch someone three days before his death, so there’s that, too. ethan is confusing, like i literally have no clue. i feel like he has the potential to be able to fight, but i also feel like he’d get his ass whooped. mickey might actually be able to win a fight or two. idk there’s just something about him. quinn def pulls hair and scratches, but that’s the extent of it. in my brain, jill doesn’t really fight, but amber fights DIRTY.

you’re so right. I remember when I got the remaining two wisdom teeth removed and I remember them asking me questions and next thing you know I wake up all drowsy. My brother picked me up but I don’t remember anything. I was in a lot of pain. But now I’m all better

yeah, it’s so crazy how you literally remember NOTHING, like not even the sensation of falling asleep. you’re right, the pain was crazy those first three days😭 i’ve heard stories from friends of mine who went out that same day and ate pizza or cheeseburgers and i literally don’t know how they did it bc that HURT. but i’m glad you’re all better!!

HI LOVELY! first and foremost, when they say that you’ll be out like a light and won’t remember anything, they MEAN that😭 i remember the surgeon administering the anesthesia and the next thing i knew i was being guided up the stairs to my home LMAO. so don’t worry too much about that if that’s something you were concerned about!

okay this is gonna be a bit long, so i’m gonna stick it under the cut😭

i didn’t get much swelling despite having two impacted teeth, so it could’ve been luck. but i DID drink like 40 oz of pineapple juice the day before the procedure, which has enzymes that helps a lot with inflammation, so it would be in my system during the surgery. however, please know that it was definitely a gamble bc too much pineapple juice can upset your stomach, so do your own research beforehand to be sure of what you want to do!! i’m sure one glass is fine for the enzymes, i was just doing the most😭 i also drank a lot of bone broth, smoothies, and vegetable juice before the procedure and during the recovery process. the healthier you eat/drink, the faster and more efficient the recovery. AND USE ICE PACKS ON YOUR FACE!!! ice is definitely going to be your best friend.

FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY GIVE YOU POST-PROCEDURE! they are there for a reason, trust me😭 if you think it’ll be fine to skip out on taking your medication or rinsing your mouth or eating/drinking something with a certain medication, just do it. you’ll be much better off if you do. and if you have questions or wanna double check something or want to know if it’s okay to do something other than what the guidelines say, call the office/clinic/whatever. don’t worry about coming off as annoying or uneducated or interrupting them. you come first. it can save you a lot of time and energy later on.

dry socket can happen for a number of different reasons. i followed all of their instructions to a T, and i STILL got dry socket on one of my extraction sites, it happened because the blood clot simply didn’t form properly from the beginning. so, you can do everything correctly and still get dry socket, which can sound intimidating. but the reason i’m telling you this is because if the pain worsens after the third day (that’s when the swelling and pain SHOULD peak) or you feel like the healing process is not proceeding how it should, CALL THE OFFICE. i avoided doing calling the surgeon because i thought dry socket was out of the question because i did everything right, and i put myself through a ton of unnecessary pain in the process. worse case scenario is that you’re totally fine and get to go home, and best case scenario is that you nip the problem in the bud and get the empty socket packed.
