though i fear, i still walk is probably my favorite song in the album. this new mv is perfect for it. it reminded me of 5 centimeters per second and solanin, for some reason. the field and texts to no one imagery for the former, and the pose with the guitar for the latter

an ending song to the album, it says to me "seeyalater." and stuff. before my mind forgets, and before my heart regrets. the lyrics this song sings are works of art line-by-line. i'll join you in a bit. these conversational lines incite that lovely longing in me. this world can be so beautiful. and i believe it. did you get some decent rest? thank you for all the colors

this song means a lot to me, not because of some big emotional association or real life event. it's special. it's art. though i fear, i still walk. the very words we needed to hear

Lured by the thumbnail and the song+mv did not disappoint. I actually wasn't sure it was a song at first because of its length

I love this shoegaze sound. At least i think it's shoegaze. The dreamy sort of vocals that blend exceptionally well into the instruments. I'm unfortunately not informed enough to explain it but listening to a few like, other songs in the style like uh kinoko teikoku's long goodbye and nakanoise's tokoyami come to mind, it'll explain it better orz

MV is just perfect. The win8 aesthetic (i think, i used it more in my youth but can't exactly recall the style from the top of my head (and I'm too lazy to google)) notepad lyrics perfection

random recommendation: weathergirl - FLAVOR FOLEY / Eleanor Forte

Yt algo thought I'd like this. I do. I fell in love with eleanor forte when i first heard her in an ippo.tsk song (OH they made the MV here !! No wonder...) and i have been impressed with every song that uses her since

The chorus is particularly captivating, partly because the instrumentation at those parts kinda reminds me of meltdown (which is a banger). The lyric meter, beat, thing (idk what to call it, the way eleanor sings and pronounces) is an earworm and i love it

I haven't heard of flavor foley before but i am invested in their work now
