There was a certain comfort in patterns, in repetition. For Cassian, that comfort manifested itself in movement. Contrary to his family’s crude jokes, Cassian did not train for looks. He trained for discipline, fortitude, and self-control. He trained because pushing his body reminded him that he could do hard things. That he could weather storms and walk through fire. That even if he came away burned and broken, he could still put himself back together.
