Judai would never try introducing Yubel or his other duel spirits to his parents and they will never know about his powers. When he finally returned to Duel Academy it was weeks before he even called them and it was only because Chronos set up the video call himself. Judai has sparringly been in contact with his parents after graduation but its so much more awkward now that he remembers his early childhood and what happened with Yubel. They don't even know he recovered the Neo Spacian cards. Judai has simply left them completely in the dark. Naturally they're sooo worriee about him they love him so much and he went missing for the better part of a year and returned changed and distant and they don't know how to bridge the gap.

So like. One is a cheshire cat sinner named Selkie (real mame Cedric) who made a deal with a hellish nobility named Remus when he was still alive and they're lowkey in love but like in this fucked up way thats not healthy at all but works for them. Real 'they're terrible for each other but their freak4freak is otherwise dangerous to the public' energy. Selkie acts as his duke's bodyguard and fuckbuddy. a Fuckbuddyguard. Selkie is technically the oldest of 3. His younger twin Virgil is a spider sinner and hasn't sold his soul yet. I could see that being a potential plot for him but his default would be wanting to move into the hotel with their youngest brother Ace (a bird sinner), whose adopted. Virgil's adopted dad and husband are in heaven so he would be very motivated towards redemption while Ace is just, very apathetic but would participate to make Virgil happy. I lowkey imagine Virgil as having either some sort of shapeshifting ability or a siren ability as he is a musician. Ace would have some sort of emotional manipulation ability, something to make people stop caring. Blue Diamond-esque projecting his depression. Ace is OP but completely unmotivated to do anything with it. While Virgil would only use his powers in self defense. Selkie has the cheshire cat style turn to mist teleportation and a baseball bat and he's so happy to use violence always.

Yusaku is the funniest of the OG Art style protags because he doesn't have any supernatural powers outside of Link Vrains / Cyberspace. He's just a 14 year old programer whose super good at card games and intensely traumatized.

Obsessed with the Felix and Adrien dynamic that doesn't exist because the show never lets them interact and only uses Felix as a plot device. We see enough Felix posing as Adrien but I wanna see Adrien posing as Felix. I want Adrien to know Felix exactly as well as they did when they were kids while Felix is missing huge chunks of who Adrien is now. I want Felix to wear his Adrien-shapes blind spot on his sleeve and for it to trip him up. I want Adrien being mean to him, or inpersonating Felix and throwing Felix ofd when Adrien can scheme or think on his feet or manipulate because Felix thinks he's the only one who can do that. Felix realizing Adrien isn't nearly as helpless as he thinks--
