Honestly, if you see an angel that’s all eyes and wings and wheels of fire, you should be worried. Like, not because it’s going to hurt you or anything, but because scripturally, angels invariably appear to ordinary people in human form. In general, they only show their inhuman true forms to prophets – which means if you’re seeing them like that, they come bearing responsibility.

off topic but isnt it crazy how the world will literally be ending and we all jus carry on like. we still gotta go to school go to work nothing really changes no matter how dire the situation is as long as there's not an immediate physical impact (like a natural disaster) to society we just all keep on trucking and if you did anything different you'd look crazy. imagine how fucking stupid and insane and just... dull minded we're going to look to whatever comes after us. like no cautionary tale about societies (fantastical or otherwise) destroying themselves could ever compare to just literal real life
