Sandsteel's replacement helmet and chest piece armour is finally finished. I shall hope I do not need to replace more of her armour because the Keeler helmet and the Lotus armour is not cheap to rebuild.

I've been up all night trying to help the tots calm down and stop either throwing tantrums because he doesn't have any powers yet, and her stop having panic attacks over suddenly freezing things and freezing more things.

I've been frozen a couple of times, which means poor El hasn't gotten much sleep either because suddenly the small sobbing of a child who doesn't know what she's doing is becoming wailing because she just froze mommy.

The puddle is now cleaned. New problem however is now a patch of the mall's floor is now a tripping hazard because there's just a sheet of ice covering it.

Well side note to that surprise of a Vel being here I did get the dumpster thawed out. Spent every drop of fuel I had for the Ignus I forgot I had to melt the ice though.

Now I got to find a mop. Preferably one that hasn't sprouted legs.

I get that. I really do. But trying to walk around with two 170 pound child shaped sand bags clinging to my legs kind of hurts because of the level of slowness it causes.

I love my kids with all soul and I know they're happy I'm finally home after being gone almost a full 12 months but I do wish they'd show that happiness in a way that didn't make it so bloody hard to move.

Why do kids decide sitting on your feet and hugging your leg is always the best answer?
