Hi, Nonny. From what I know, there are plenty of cities and towns that share the same name. However, since I couldn't find any results for a town called Birchport in MA, I think it's safe to assume that it is a fictional place set in the real world, like Cordonia. 😊

Author’s Note: Okay, take 2! I actually released the og version of this only to be erased once I tried to add more tags for this through mobile. Oh, well- what’s done is done and lucky I visited this a lot to edit and write, I remember the barebones of it.

I made sure to have everything in check. 

White suit? Check. Bouquet? Check. Vows? Check and that’s without the notecards.

I was at my parent’s patio, looking at Kate and mine’s family and friends sitting on and chatting to one another.

My mom walked towards me. She put her hand on my cheek and said, “Oh, look at you! My baby is getting married!” She dabbed her eyes with a napkin to avoid her makeup from smearing.

“Yeah… Does it look like I’m freaking out?”

Mom scoffed. “What are you so worried about? Kate loves you!”
