fair warning to people who plan to buy some of my art, theres someone on pintrest going around and selling prints of my work (their account has since been deleted but there might be others)

This is an example of someone receiving one of these prints, from what I can tell the images were taken directly from my tumblr or instagram and are being sold

signs of fake prints

1. Unusual Paper Size: I crop my art before uploading (usually square in shape or close), therefore the prints sold by this person will not fit any of the conventional paper sizes, as of now I only have prints available in A3, A4 and A5 sizes 

2. Watermarks: My prints arrive watermark free, where as these prints will still have my watermark on them

3. Quality: Since the images are taken from tumblr/instagram the resolution will be extremely low, (540px to 1080px) prints I sell are typically 3508px x 4961px, I also use 170gsm high gloss paper

4. Selling Platform:  I ONLY sell my work on Etsy (link is here) if you see my art being sold on any other platform it is not me!

Why do you say Spanish isn't a European language when all my Spanish coworkers tell me Spain is in Europe? 🤔

The majority of Spanish speakers are Latin American.  They live outside of Europe and are not white.  Additionally, your white European co-workers have privleges Latin Americans do not have unlless Trump is building a wall on the border of Spain.

Why Do So Many White People Speak Non-White Languages?

Cultural appropriation is a real issue, okay?  One of the worst cases of this is in the realm of second languages.  Caucasians love to appropriate cultures through language as a way to intrude on the lives of those who might not speak their language.  It’s seen as “fun” or “interesting”.

For those of you into anime, I’m sure you’re aware of the weeaboo problem.  Some white anime fans love to appropriate Japanese hair styles, musical tastes, and even the Japanese language itself.  This is one blog that demonstrates the problems of non-Japanese people learning Japanese.

Spanish is another issue  and tumblr has had this debate before.  You see so many white kids at high school or college who are proud to be able to speak Spanish.  Why not speak a European language like German instead of appropriating the culture of minorities?

It’s sad how much of what is taught in school is useless to over 99% of the population.

There are literally math concepts taught in high school and middle school that are only used in extremely specialized fields or that are even so outdated they aren’t used anymore!
